  I'm looking for someone with gardening knowledge who would like to help me transform my land in Cervelló, a charming town just 35 minutes from Barcelona. The house is situated on a relatively large plot with fruit trees and incredible views.
  
  I offer accommodation in this wonderful place. It's a unique opportunity to live in a peaceful environment and enjoy nature while working on the project, all while being very close to Barcelona.
  
  The place is perfect for living, but the house needs a complete renovation. It has electricity, water, and butane for cooking.

  estoy buscando a una persona con conocimientos en jardinería que quiera ayudarme a transformar mi terreno en Cervelló, un municipio encantador a solo 35 minutos de Barcelona. La casa está situada en un terreno relativamente amplio con árboles frutales y unas vistas increíbles.
  
  Ofrezco alojamiento en este lugar maravilloso. Es una oportunidad única para vivir en un entorno tranquilo y disfrutar de la naturaleza mientras trabajas en el proyecto. Estando al mismo tiempo muy cerca de Barcelona.

  Accommodation

  It is a small house of about 50 square meters with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. The living conditions are not ideal, as some walls have cracks, the windows, although they close properly, are very old, and the bedroom floor is cracked and uneven. You can live in it, but not in optimal conditions. The house is situated on a plot of approximately 600 square meters, divided into two levels with fruit trees and space for a barbecue or exercise area. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant, with spectacular views. The only downside is that it is located in a residential area of Cervelló, accessible by public transport, but the bus frequency is very low. If you plan to go out of town frequently, it would be ideal to have your own vehicle, such as a motorcycle or a car. If you're interested, I can send you more videos or we can have a video call so you can get a much better view of the place.
  
  Es una casa de unos 50 metros cuadrados que cuenta con comedor, cocina, baño y una habitación. Las condiciones no son las ideales para vivir, porque algunas paredes están agrietadas, las ventanas, aunque cierran bien, son muy viejas, y el suelo de la habitación está agrietado y desnivelado. Se puede vivir en ella, pero no en condiciones óptimas. La casa se encuentra dentro de un terreno de aproximadamente 600 metros cuadrados, dividido en dos niveles con árboles frutales y espacio para una barbacoa o para hacer ejercicio. El entorno es muy tranquilo y agradable, con vistas espectaculares. La única pega es que está en una urbanización de Cervelló a donde llega el transporte público, pero la frecuencia de los autobuses es muy baja. Si planeas salir mucho del pueblo, lo ideal es tener un vehículo propio, como una moto o un coche.
