Left by host for Workawayer (Wei Wei)
Wei Wei was the first person we hosted through the platform. We were pleasantly surprised by her discretion and friendliness. We assigned her gardening and household tasks, which she completed with precision, organization, and diligence. We are very satisfied with her work and enjoyed some lovely cultural exchanges with her.
If she expresses
… read more interest in staying with you, you should have no hesitation, as she is very reliable and respectful. We wish her all the best in her future travels and adventures.

I stayed at Roman’s place for two weeks and had an amazing time! First off, a huge thank you for hosting me on such short notice. Even though this was Roman’s first time hosting, he did a great job showing me around the house, helped me settle in, and recommended some beautiful villages to explore.
My main work was gardening, plus a few odd jobs
… read more around the house—everything was very straightforward and easy to manage. The explanations for the job are clear, and the flexible working hours allow me to fit around my own schedule. As a workawayer, you get your own spacious room and bathroom that separates from the main house, which gives you a nice bit of privacy.
The house is located in a beautiful village where the nearest big city (Fribourg/Neuchatel) is 30mins away by car. The closest bus stop is 5mins away by foot. The family has e-bikes you can borrow to visit nearby villages, and I really appreciated Roman borrowing a smaller bike from his friend so I could ride around (I’m pretty short, so their e-bikes weren’t a fit :P). I was even lucky enough to borrow one of their cars for a trip to Neuchâtel. Plus, I got to join them for windsurfing, which was a blast, and had my first Swiss cheese fondue with the family!
Roman is a fantastic host, always checking in to make sure I was okay and understood the tasks. The whole family is very friendly and welcoming, and I’m really grateful I got to meet them. Thanks for everything—hope to come back someday! :))Feedback
