Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We offer the possibility of cooperating in the management of the donkey farm, thus being able to enter the world of donkeys directly, learning the rules for their ethological management and the basic techniques for correctly tackling a donkey trekking through the archaeological and naturalistic itineraries that we have traced. Together we collect and transform the wild artichoke (typical local product) in the months of April and May. As well as in the countryside, our daily life for at least half of the day takes place in the village, where we manage a social space frequented mainly by children and adolescents. This allows a particular involvement in the social life of the country, where every inhabitant has something to teach.
Offriamo la possibilità di cooperare alla gestione dell'asineria, potendo così entrare direttamente nel mondo degli asini, apprendendo le regole per la loro gestione etologica e le tecniche base per affrontare correttamente un trekking someggiato attraverso i percorsi archeologici e naturalistici da noi tracciati. Raccogliamo e trasformiamo insieme il carciofino selvatico (prodotto tipico del luogo) nei mesi di Aprile e Maggio. Oltre che in campagna, la nostra quotidianità per almeno metà della giornata si svolge in paese, dove gestiamo uno spazio sociale frequentato principalmente da bambini e adolescenti. We are looking for an expert in stone masonry who can help us renovate a very old small house using the materials and technique already used in its original construction. We don't have the skills to be able to tackle this job, so we are looking for a competent and experienced person who can lead the renovation work and who can pass on his skills to us.
