  Description

  Me acabo de instalar en Muñas, en la casa donde vivió mi abuelo. Con mas de 300 años de antigüedad, conserva la esencia de la arquitectura inicial, con panera antigua para guardar los víveres y una cocina de leña.
  La parcela consta de dos viviendas, totalmente adecuada con todas las necesidades. Luz , agua caliente, calefacción y wifi.
  La casa se encuentra en un entorno rural, rodeada de árboles y praderas, a pocos minutos de las playas y rutas de senderismo. Muy cercana del puerto de Luarca.
  Las casas están restauradas. Me gustaría arreglar el jardín, instalar un gallinero y hacer una charca para patos.
  Si te apetece sumergirte en la cultura rural Asturiana , pasar unos días en la naturaleza y disfrutar de un entorno natural, no dudes en venir.
  
  I have just moved to Muñas, into the house where my grandfather lived. Over 300 years old, it retains the essence of its original architecture, with an old granary for storing food and a wood-burning stove.
  The plot consists of two houses, fully equipped with all amenities. Electricity, hot water, heating and Wi-Fi.
  The house is located in a rural setting, surrounded by trees and meadows, just a few minutes from beaches and hiking trails. Very close to the port of Luarca.
  The houses have been restored. I would like to fix up the garden, install a chicken coop, and make a pond for ducks.
  If you feel like immersing yourself in Asturian rural culture, spending a few days in nature and enjoying natural surroundings, don't hesitate to come.

  Help

  1. Voy a comprar algunas gallinas y me gustaría que me ayudaras a construir un gallinero pequeño y sencillo. Hay que clavar unas estacas y colocar una malla alrededor.
  2. Quiero hacer un pequeño estanque en el jardín. Tendrá unos 2,50 metros de ancho por 1,50 metros de largo. Tendremos que cavar un hoyo, colocar una tela protectora en él y poner algunas piedras alrededor. El agua fluirá allí.
  3. Me gustaría crear una zona de huerto.
  4. Podar los arbustos y arreglar un poco el jardín.
  
  No es necesario terminarlo todo de una vez. Solo hay que pedir ayuda y hacerlo poco a poco con los voluntarios que vengan.
  
  1. I'm going to buy some chickens and I'd like you to help me build a small, simple chicken coop. It involves hammering in some stakes and putting mesh around them.
  2. I want to make a small pond in the garden. It will be about 2.50 meters wide by 1.50 meters long. We will have to dig a hole, put protective fabric in it, and place some stones around it. The water will flow there.
  3. I would like to create a vegetable garden area.
  4. Prune bushes and tidy up the garden a bit.
  
  It is not necessary to finish everything in one go. Just get some help and little by little do it with the volunteers who come.

  Accommodation

  Ofrezco una típica casa de piedra Asturiana, que queda aparte de mi vivienda, de forma que podréis disfrutar de independencia. La instalaciones son nuevas y tienen todas las comodidades.
  
  I offer a typical Asturian stone house, which is separate from my home, so you can enjoy your independence. The facilities are new and have all the amenities.
  
  I love cooking in my wood-burning stove. So my guests will enjoy three meals a day. They will be able to test the typical cuisine of the area and share all or almost all meals with me. If I have to be away, I will leave the food ready for them.

  En el tiempo libre, puedes hacer senderismo, Muñas de Arriba, La Fajera, Biescas, Ferrera de los Gavitos, Muñas de Arriba .
  Este solo es un ejemplo, hay rutas muy variadas , para cada nivel.
  Os puedo acompañar a visitar playas como playa de Cadavedo, Playa Pluminero O Quintana, Playa del Silencio O Gaviero.
  Podemos visitar juntos pueblos rurales y pesqueros de la zona o bien acompañaros y volver a buscaros.
