Description
We are a couple who like nature. We have a farm, orchard and fruit trees, some animals that help us keep everything in optimal conditions. We are removing eucalyptus and recovering the native forest of oaks, holm oaks, cherry trees... We respect the environment in an ecological and biodynamic way. We have topics of conversation and we are good cooks. We have views of the sea and ria, a natural and idyllic environment, alone but very well connected, only 7 minutes from the highway. Between 2 large capitals Santander and Bilbao. A car is essential to get around, there are no urban means of transport, the nearest town is about 5 kilometers away (we are in the mountains) and 15 kilometers from the bus station. We have a painting studio since Mikel is a professor of Fine Arts at the University. Preferable to have experience in agricultural tasks and to like animals. Preferably not smoke.
Those who think about spending their holidays here should refrain, we need people with a hard-working attitude and interested in the project.

Somos una pareja que nos gusta la naturaleza. Tenemos una finca, huerta y frutales, algunos animales que nos ayudan a mantener todo en condiciones óptimas.
Estamos quitando eucaliptos y recuperando el bosque autóctono de robles, encinas, cerezos...
Respetamos el medio ambiente de forma ecológica y biodinámica.
Tenemos temas de conversación y somos buenos cocineros.
Tenemos vistas al mar y ria, un entorno natural e idílico, solos pero muy bien comunicados, solo a 7 minutos de la autovía. Entre 2 grandes capitales Santander y Bilbao.
Imprescindible coche para desplazarse no hay medios de transporte urbanos, el pueblo más cercano está a unos 5 kilómetros (estamos en el monte) y a 15 kilómetros de la estación de autobús.
Tenemos un estudio de pintura ya que Mikel es profesor universidad de Bellas Artes.
Preferible tener experiencia en tareas agrícolas y que le gusten los animales.
Preferible que no fumen.
Abstenerse los que piensen en pasar aquí sus vacaciones, necesitamos gente con actitud de trabajo e interesados en el proyecto.
