We are an arts summer camp for children founded in 1964. We have a beautiful 174-acre mountaintop campus in Northeastern Pennsylvania, USA. We invite Workawayers who are legally able to work in the USA to join our paid staff. We hire 50-60 staff each summer; we bring amazing people together from all over the world. In addition to salary, room and board is provided, and staff can live at camp completely expense-free.

We are a warm, supportive, creative community, with daily arts activities for the kids we serve and the adults who work with us. We have a nightly jam for the adults consisting of contact improvisation dance and open movement, musical improvisation (except on silent nights), and visual art.
This host offers accommodation and payment.
General work includes assisting full-time staff, cleaning, setting up for meals and events, animal care, assisting in building and painting, driving, and the many other tasks that go into sustaining a residential community.
We also seek specialist teachers in instrumental, vocal, and rock music, visual arts, technical theater, dance, film & video, horseback riding, and culinary.
Also experienced theater directors, stage managers, and music directors for musical theater.
Our kitchen needs cooks, bakers, gardeners, dishwashers, and prep cooks.

We offer various accommodations, from dormitories to tents; everyone has access to indoor plumbing and hot water showers. There are no expenses while living at the camp. Our food is amazingly good, and we serve 21 meals a week. We offer a free laundry service. Mobile phones are not allowed on campus during the day -- you can use them on campus at night after 8:30.
We are a remote community, and transportation is limited. We have an alcohol and drug-free campus, but there is one bar within walking distance for the who want the occasional drink. We attract people with a love for education and the arts, and most staff content themselves with staying on campus and relishing the company of fellow creatives, the beautiful surroundings, and great food. Many of the adults on campus spend their free time dancing, practicing instruments, making art, writing, and meditating. If that sounds like fun to you, please join us!
