    Description

I am a 55‑year‑old woman living in a lovely house in Kragerø, in the south of Norway, together with my friendly and calm dog.

I live here alone for most of the year and am looking for positive, responsible workawayers who would like to help out .
The help includes caring for the dog, light housework, some gardening, and a bit of painting indoors and outdoors. It would also be great if you enjoy cooking and could prepare dinner occasionally.

The house is close to the sea, swimming spots and scenic hiking areas, and it is only about a 7‑minute drive or bus ride to the center of Kragerø. From the town center, boats depart to the many islands in the idyllic archipelago. While staying here, you can swim, hike, explore nature, enjoy the sea and surroundings, experience Norwegian everyday life, and practice or learn Norwegian.
I also have a racing horse, so if you have experience of riding dressage you can help me to train the horse.Sometimes I travel to races to be there when it competes.

I moved here in November, so those who have written feedback were Workawayers at the farm where I previously lived.

    Important dates:
From July 5, the house will be full of family members, and I will not be able to host helpers between July 5. and August 10.

If you enjoy nature, a calm and friendly home environment, and cultural exchange in beautiful southern Norway, you are very welcome to get in touch!
