Hi, good day? Let me tell you about our current requiremements for out proyect: We are about to begin a renovation of the property (located in Llucmajor Mallorca) to prepare it for the 2025 season. There are several tasks required but what matters most to us and we prioritize in stages 1 and 2 (of 3) of the renovation are the construction tasks. thick and thin concret tasks.
Cement pond, little path between gallery and pond, repair cracks in some walls and smooth a slope to one of the sheds, we have a bedroom in the main property, the house has a pool and house and breakfast is offered for the duration of the stay. We also have a lot of gardening tasks to do in stage 1. The dormitory will be available from September 15. If you are interested in chatting about the proposal let US know!

Ideal if you have a vehicle or bicycle at least since the house is located 3 km from the town and it is not a comfortable place if you do not have a way to get around... unless you are interested in staying a lot at the property during your stay and work here
Ideal si tienes vehículo o bicicleta al menos ya que la casa está ubicada a 3 km del pueblo y no es un lugar cómodo si no tienes como desplazarte … salvo que te interese quedarte mucho en la propiedad durante tu estadía y trabajo aquí
