We spent 3 wonderful weeks in Michel's fantastic house with a stunning view. Michelle provided us a small, cozy apartment with a separate entrance. After receiving us kindly, she traveled, but also made sure from a distance that we could feel comfortable and at home.
Michelle's house is located in perhaps the most beautiful neighborhood of Málaga,

From the window we could enjoy the wonderful view of the sea, we could enjoy the great weather on the roof terrace and observe the squirrels. Amazing beaches are within easy reach, and if you want to hike, there are amazing routes and viewpoints on the mountain next door. Even without a car, you can easily get to the center of Málaga, from where there are plenty of buses and trains, and the airport is also accessible.
Our task was primarily to tidy up the gardens on the terraces and take care of the plants, which we did with great pleasure. We built a new irrigation system on the roof terrace, and optimized the old ones on the lower levels. László painted the kitchen, painted the bathroom door and repaired a few things, and we sanded and painted the large wooden round table and chairs on the roof terrace. We enjoyed the tasks, it felt good to create something beautiful and to work independently. Michelle was always open to our ideas and provided everything we needed to beautify the terrace. Thank you Michelle for your trust and openness, we hope you and the kids will have a lot of fun in the renewed terrace. We wholeheartedly recommend Michelle if you want to spend unforgettable days in a beautiful place, with very nice people.Left by host for Workawayer (Andrea)
I could not imagine a better first Workaway experience than with Andrea and László.
Truly ideal guests--communicative, respectful and plenty of initiative!
They worked on our garden that needed lots of care. They are very knowledgeable on gardening and were organized, first cleaning it out, then repairing the watering system and arranging the

They were really up for doing any repairs necessary--Laszlo can fit it all, so grateful! Even fixed our trampoline that was in a bad state.
Also they painted the kitchen, which required taking down and reinstalling many shelves, it came out perfectly : -)
As I had to travel while they were in the apartment, I really appreciated how they took the time to produce a weekly report, a PDF file with pictures, detailed summary of what they did and what was needed to buy and change our garden and home.
I wish them all the best with their future projects, and they are always welcome back in Malaga! Thank you!Feedback
