  Description

  We are a family of 3, I am 49 years old, and my children: Aleix, 18 years old, and Elna, 13 years old.
  I work at home as a visual artist and also outside giving art classes and with community art projects, I also organize a visual arts festival in the city of Girona. I am a very culturally restless person and I am always visiting festivals and art centers, but it is not necessary that the person who comes likes art, but if they like it they will be able to experience the atmosphere of Girona and its surroundings related to the artistic and cultural world.
  
  We would like to welcome a person who can stay for at least a month, since they enter our house and we want them to feel like another person in our family, for us our intimate and peaceful space is very important, we do not want to convert the house into a kind of hostel. It is ideal for a person who can combine it with other things such as studies, work... since they will not have a fixed schedule but what interests us most is that we can all speak English at home and that they can give us some classes a week in English, and then they can help with housework such as cooking, but that would be like living in any house in the world.
  
  It is ideal for a person who likes to be quiet, have a space for himself or herself and be able to walk in the forest, ride a bike, read, paint (there is a studio at home that can be used), write... There are many weekends that we are not at home, and the person will be able to be alone at home or take the opportunity to go on excursions to nearby cities such as Barcelona, ​​Girona...
  
  Som una família de 3 de persones, jo de 49 anys, i els meus fills : Aleix de 18 anys i Elna de 13 anys.
  Jo treballo a casa com artista visual i també a fora donant classes d'art i amb projectes artístics comunitaris, també organitzo un festival d'arts visuals a la ciutat de Girona. Soc una persona molt inquieta culturalment i estic sempre visitant festivals i centres d'art , però no es necessari que la persona que vingui li agradi l'art, però si l'agrada podrà viure l'ambient de Girona i les seves rodalies relacionat amb el món artístic i cultural.
  
  Ens agradaria acollir a una persona que pugui estar un mínim un mes, ja que entra dins de casa nostre i el volem fer sentir com una persona més dins de la nostre família, per nosaltres és molt important el nostre espai íntim i de pau, no volem converitir la casa en una mena d'hostal. És ideal per una persona que s'ho pugui compaginar amb altres coses com estudis, feina...ja que no tindrà un horari fixe sinò que el que ens interessa més és que poguem parlar tots a casa en anglès i que ens pugui fer algunes classes a la setmana en anglès, i després pugui donar un cop de mà amb les feines de casa com cuinar, però això seria com si visqués igualment en qualsevol casa del món.
  
  És ideal per una persona que li agradi estar tranquil,un espai per ell o ella i poder caminar pel bosc, anar en bicicleta, llegir, pintar (hi ha un estudi a casa que el pot fer servir), escriure...Hi ha molts caps de setmana que no estem a casa, i la persona podrà disposar d'estar sol a casa o aprofitar per fer excursions a ciutats properes com Barcelona, Girona...

També pot viure d'aprop l'ambient més cultural i artístic català, de festivals d'art, centres culturals...més relacionat amb les arts visuals i escèniques.

  Help

  We are looking for someone to practice English and who can help us with the house, especially cooking. The person will have a lot of time to be able to telework, study or do activities inside and outside the house, since we do not ask for a fixed schedule, but that we can speak with him/her in English, that he/she likes to cook and make our meals (not all of them) and that he/she can give English lessons to each of us: me and my children.
  We ask that the person can stay for a minimum of a month.
  
  Estem buscant una persona per poder practicar la llengua anglesa i que ens pugui donar un cop de ma amb la casa, sobretot cuinar. La persona tindrà molt de temps per poder teletraballar, estudiar o fer activitats dins i fora de la casa, ja que no demanem com un horari fixe, sinò que poguem parlar amb ell/a en anglès, que li agradi cuinar i fer-nos els àpats (no tots) i que ens pugui fer classes d'anglès a cadacun de nosaltres: a mi i als meus fills.

  Estem buscant una persona que ens ajudi amb les tasques de la casa, que ens pugui fer classes d'anglès i compartir amb ell/a l'idioma d'anglès. Nosaltres a casa parlem en català. No busquem una persona que faci de cangur dels nens, ells son grans: Aleix te 17 anys i Elna 13 anys, son bastants autosofients i jo em combino la meva feina per poder estar amb ells.

  The helpers will have a lot of free time and can visit places near the area: there are train and bus connections, they can go to the beach, to the city, visit different towns... or go for walks in nature.
  
  Els ajudants tindran molt de temps lliure i poden visitar espais aprops de la zona: hi ha conexions amb tren i bus, poden anar a la platja, a la ciutat, visitar diferents pobles...o fer caminades a la natura.

  A la casa hi ha una bona conexió a internet. La persona no te una tasca de 4 o 5 hores diaries i necessàries. Sinò que haurà d'ajudar amb les tasques de la casa i poder parlar i fer classes d'anglès amb els components de la familia. L'horari és totalment flexible i s'adaptatiu.

  A casa no tenim mascotes, però no tenim problemes en tenir-les, sempre que no pugin als llits ni als sofàs i la persona es faci encarregada de la neteja de les seves necessitats.
