  Description

  My name is Nadia, I am a phographer, a filmmaker, an English teacher and a mother. I live with my daughter Gaia, who will be 2 in October, and our cat Dedo, in the old town center of Catania, a city that is between the sea and mount Etna.
  
  Catania is a lively mediterranean city full of things to live and explore. Although we live right in the centre of town, Gaia and I love spending time in nature, be it the sea, the mountain, the river or the many lovely countryside places that are around Etna.
  
  I am half English and Gaia was born in London and is bilingual, since English is our family language.

  Help

  We are looking for someone to share our time and meals with, someone who would be happy to help me with childcare and in keeping the house in a reasonable state.
  
  Being Gaia in such a delicate fase of her development we need somebody who is curious about child development, who is very patient and enjoys spending time with children.
  
  Gaia is increadibly sociable and curious, she is being brought up to be as autonomous as possible, allowed to explore and experiment for herself. We would love to welcome in our family somebody creative who would enjoy her company and to accompany and stimulate her discoveries.

  Accommodation

  We live in a three bedroom flat with a big terrace that overlooks the old town and that has a stunning view of Etna. You would have a room to yourself (you can see it in the photos) and would share kitchen and bathroom with us.

  What else ...

  Catania is a lively city, with many cultural, community and artistic projects to discover and explore. It has two big markets which are great for fresh and healthy food and provide an endless supply of interesting second hand clothes and objects. From here you can easily reach many beautiful places in Sicily.
