Description
This is an eco lodge located in the heart of the Peruvian amazon, surrounded by nature, wildlife, and a river. We offer volunteers the opportunity to experience a different pace of life, connect with people, practice spanish, and enjoy the unique biodiversity of the region.
Our main volunteer project focuses on supporting our staff in their english learning journey. Many of our team members come from nearby communities and are highly motivated to improve their conversational english to grow both personally and professionally within the tourism industry. Because of this, we especially value volunteers who have some experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or simply helping others learn in an engaging and patient way.
The goal is to help create a fun and practical learning environment through classes, conversations, activities, games, and everyday interactions. Cultural exchange is a very important part of the experience, and our team loves getting to know people from different countries while sharing their own culture and way of life.
In addition, we are always happy to welcome volunteers with skills in photography, videography, content creation, social media, architecture, landscaping, horticulture, gardening.
Above all, we are looking for kind, open minded people who enjoy nature, cultural exchange, and being part of a small and welcoming community.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Volunteering with us is an opportunity to step away from the usual tourist experience and become part of everyday life at an amazon lodge.
During their stay, travellers can practice spanish, learn about peruvian culture, share experiences with our team and guests, and gain a better understanding of how tourism and hospitality operate in a remote natural setting. Every day brings new conversations, different perspectives, and opportunities to learn from one another.
Living in the middle of nature also allows volunteers to experience the incredible biodiversity of the region, enjoy outdoor activities, and discover a slower pace of life surrounded by birds, wildlife, and beautiful landscapes.
Most importantly, we hope volunteers leave with new friendships, meaningful memories, and connection to the people and places they encounter during their time here.
Help
Our main volunteer project focuses on english practice and language exchange with our staff. We especially appreciate volunteers who have some experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or supporting others in their learning journey. The focus is on practical, conversational english in a relaxed and friendly environment, helping our team build confidence in their communication skills.
From time to time, volunteers may also help us with translations of documents, guest information, or other materials.
We are also happy to host volunteers with skills, experience, or a background in photography, videography, content creation, and social media, as well as gardening, horticulture, landscaping, architecture. These skills can be a valuable contribution to some of the ongoing initiatives and improvements around the lodge and contribute beyond our english program.
Above all, we value volunteers who are proactive, respectfull, patient, open minded, and genuinely interested in cultural exchange. We are looking for people who enjoy sharing their knowledge, connecting with others, and becoming part of our small community during their stay.

What else ...
In their free time, volunteers can explore the area, visit nearby villages, or join some of the tours available to discover the beauty and biodiversity of the region. They can also relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the lodge, spend time in nature, practice yoga, read, or simply unwind.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are waterfalls, rivers, hiking trails, and plenty of opportunities for birdwatching and wildlife observation. Photography enthusiasts will also find endless inspiration in the landscapes, flora, and fauna of the Amazon.
Many volunteers enjoy spending time with our staff and fellow travellers, practicing Spanish, sharing stories, learning about local traditions, and experiencing a different way of life.
Whether you enjoy nature, adventure, cultural exchange, or simply spending time outdoors, there is always something to do during your stay.
