    Description

We are an Eco Retreat, Educational Centre, Food producer and orchard located on the shores of Kootenay Lake here. We exist to realize the full potential of humanity, creating a mindful world through cutting edge transformative programs. We work hard to be part of the local community and integrate helpers and visitors into Kaslo culture and all the wonderful things it has to offer. The property manager Dorian is easy going, attentive to the desires of others and will ensure you have the best possible experience while here. We have an incredible team working hard to ensure unity and that everyone feels welcome. You might learn skills such as yoga, meditation, gardening techniques, Site construction, Housekeeping, cooking and more! We have Kayaks that are available to workers as well :) Workers are generally welcome to attend community healing events at no charge. We find that we can see how everything fits within a day or 2. We prefer that people stay at least 1 month, although many times people have fallen in love with the place and stay longer. We are also looking for a long term worker/workers, that can stay on site through the winter to help with property maintenance and snow removal. Our only house rule is not alcohol in the kitchen areas and around the grounds. It's a high values that  we are all respecting each others space and keeping things impeccable on the entire property.
    What we are looking for:
-Work 25 hours per week in exchange for room and board.
    -Complete tasks properly and efficiently.
-Follow directions and communicate any uncertainty.
    - Positive attitude.
Feel free to contact us with any questions, we are 45 minutes North of Nelson
