Our farm is a foster farm & llama refuge located in the hill country of South Central Texas. The hill country of Texas has four seasons with different activities possible during each season. We are a grandmother & grandfather with llamas, poultry, cats, dogs on 11 acres. We play guitars and are in a local acoustic jam group. Normal stays are 1 to 3 weeks with weekly renewal. NO illegal activities, no smoking, no perfumes. Vehicle required. Not suitable for children.

The hill country of Texas has many attractions including state parks and local rivers to enjoy. You can learn about how to start and maintain a 501(c)3 organization with hands on experience in the care of rescue animals.
The non-profit llama rescue needs help with the compassionate care of animals or the repair or construction of out-buildings or maintenance of facilities and pastures. Need to be able to lift a hay bale which is approximately 50 lbs.
RV electric and water or tent camping. Some meals are shared. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with main house. An RV or indoor bedroom may be available.
Car needed to explore local area. Unique towns of Fredericksburg and Luckenbach are nearby with wineries, music, swimming in the rivers, and hiking in the state parks. Kerrville has many attractions including city parks along the Guadalupe river.
