    Description

We are a family of three (soon to be four), living off grid in our cob house. Building, growing, playing. We share this space with the wetland, birds and 7 or so other folk, on one of the highest points of this island.
We are looking for people interested in building, carpentry, and cob. Also in child minding and being apart of family life, helping with cooking, some cleaning, chores with the animals. We have two goats who are milked twice a day and a flock of chickens. Long term helpers is our ideal.
We are also interested in finding someone or a couple who would want to stay long term to help out after the baby arrives...

Farmers markets, artist studios, open mic, concerts, beautiful beaches...some of the things our island life offers. As for the land here we have shared dinner every Friday evening.
Chris is a artist in wood and cob. Sydney studies the art of child rearing...both interested in spirituality, the forgotten ways, and being fools. The little one wants to help and play along.
We both have lived in different Community farming projects through volunteering and travelling. France, Portugal, BritishColumbia.
