  Description

  We are Yolanda and Sergio in our 40s, we have a 13-year-old kid, Claudia, and our pet Deku.
  We have found what we believe will be the house of our life, located in front of and over the sea and surrounded by mountains in the village "El Portús" in Cartagena, a 60 houses nature protected area , we are looking to give our placea a few small updating touches as uninstall the tube and install a a shower plate, smoothing and painting walls,,fences, mounting floor platforn and prepare the fotovoltaic electric system before settling there permanently.
  We are kind and fair.
  
  Somos Yolanda y Sergio en nuestros 40s , tenemos una cria de 13 ,Claudia , y nuestra mascota Deku..
  Hemos encontrado la que creemos será la casa de nuestra vida, situada frente y sobre el mar y rodeada de montañas en el pueblo "El Portús" de cartagena, un entorno protegido con solo 60 viviendas. Queremos darle unos pequeños retoques de actualización como sustituir bañera por plato de ducha, alisar y pintar las paredes, instalación de tarima, y sistema fotovoltaico antes de asentarnos de forma definitiva.

  Disfrutarás de nuestra unico alojamiento y podrás realizar cualquier actividad relativa a la montaña o al mar con nuestra compañia si queréis, en el sureste de España.
  Dicen que no cocino mal, y por supuesto si lo deseas seras nuestro invitado a la mesa cada vez que podamos.

  Looking for handy people to help us to wash house's face , who would like to do mountain and sea activities and enjoy good food.
