I am Ramón I own a % ofthe company, always in charge of details like volunters or the sunset cruise, also in charge of the sailing school and other projects.
we are the biggest tour company on the Islands of Bocas del Toro, every day we have two paid staff their often driving the boats or working to go around islands on fastboat or sailboat we rent kayaks and paddleboards and you can do snorkell on our own underwater museum other beautifull spots like silverback or punta hospital.

Ones you involve on the caribbean ambient the knowlege will drop on your skin, we have so many different activities were we involve the ocean every day, we can teach yo how to sail and manage around the caribbean

We need 2 people to be in charge of different needs around the deck, also the social media is very important to give a maintence every day, learning about boats is the goal for our volunters

Because the real experience is learn all aboutt sailing we offer 4 sailboat were volunters can rest and sleep, very clean space also kitchen is in the deck we provide food here we are all good chef and you can match good if you have any skill in kitchen

is a space for responsability and conciousness because the island is like a party town and we dont need people that preffer to go to party every day, ones you learn how to drive a boatyou can use any of our fast boat, sailboat, kayak, paddleboard, etc.
