Hi I am Barbara an expat of 24 years here in Thailand.
I have recently taken over a beautiful old house in the heart of Chiang Mai that is in need of attention and TLC.

I am currently looking for help with this old house I have taken over.
From general cleaning and gardening to varying levels of home repair as well as some heavy lifting that is beyond my strength, there are a variety of projects needing attention.

I have a large home with a big garden that I share with 3 older rescue dogs, and 2 cats. I am in a quiet corner of the bustling area of Santitham an easy walk to the Nimman area or the old city.
Pretty much the whole 2nd floor is available for your stay. A bedroom, balcony, and large open living area.

I have a bicycle available for your use, ton's of cultural knowledge and local tips for sights to see and ways to get to know Chiang Mai.
