Description
I am a purchasing coordinator during the week and aspiring farmer on the weekends. This property was managed by my great grandparents as a small island farm. My grandmother and her sister kept it as a flower garden and citrus orchard. Lot of surrounding nature was taken over by nature itself. So I spend my weekends trying to restore this to its former glory :) Property is located on a gorgeous island of Koločep just outside of Dubrovnik.

It is a shared house with a bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and a terrace. Electricity and running water too. Accommodation is basic. There is no wifi in the house :/
What else ...
It is a secluded island that has seldom visits from tourists. Hidden beaches and pathways are all around the island. The island is connected to the mainland with 4 boat lines per day and has super small grocery shop 2 km away. The boat ride to Dubrovnik is 30 minutes. Dubrovnik is well known among tourist and GOT fans.
