    Description

Hi ! this is Terii and Nathalie ( mother and son ) from the south of France ! Very quiet, safe and peaceful place. We are a family based near Capestang a little city in the south of France. I run a small fully Organic Olive farm.

What we need help with now:

Help with gardening, (harvesting OLIVE in october, november, December and sometimes in January) , building few things like a Solar dryer, a greenhouse and more !

On the farm we grow mainly olive trees, and grapes ( old vineyard) (Fruit trees we are planting now) we have fig trees, (avocado trees we are planting, peaches as well), etc. We are transforming the non ecological agriculture land farm step by step into a NATURAL designed fruit-forest, planting more plants and diverse trees, with a focus on species that need little water !

This is not a business oriented farm. It is for NATURAL farming, overstanding and connecting with the land is the main purpose here. To have fun, learn and grow our REAL organic food, Any work here in the farm and in my house is complete benevolat/volunteer in exchange of a safe and nurturing place to stay and food.

The farm is located in Capestang, France.

My house is in the mountain about 50 minutes driving from the farm. so there is no restaurant or coffeshop here. litteraly nothing ! nothing around except fews houses and cows and horses ! SO You can enjoy nature, the forest, very calm and stunning mountain in the south of France.
Our lifestyle is very simple, we live in ancient "farmhouse" away from the busy cities. It's similiar to a Temple !

Please bring your own working clothes (we can borrow some if needed but it’s not guaranteed that we have your size)

You as a helping guest :

You will help 5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Or 4 days full and 3 days off (Cleaning of the common areas is not included in this working time, and we consider around 20 mins/day of kitchen or common area or bathroom cleaning a necessary contribution to a tidy and clean community space)

    Food : Fresh Vegan food

We are chef and have been eating vegan food in the past 10 years, We have salad and vegetables from the garden, fruits we mostly buy from local organic growers, except foursome fruits that we have.
We offer one prepared (raw or not) vegan meal for lunchtime/dinner. Meals are prepared by us for all. For breakfast we will provide something like porridge made of chia seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, cacao powder and fresh season fruits.

Our previous guests have always been very happy and joyful about the variety and taste of the available fruit, vegetables and dry foods.

A minimum of two and a maximum of four weeks is the duration we like our working guests to stay. A longer stay is possible as well.

    - Since we have a cat, please do not bring dogs along.

    Internet :

    - We don’t have wifi internet. Please bring your own internet (we can help you to get it easily : 20 euros for a month of 4G).
We can still share our 4G but it is limited in Gigas Data

    PS :

On the way to the farm there is an organic market, a supermarket and a local fruit growers if you need extra food for you.

You can enjoy walks in nature, forest, very calm and stunning mountain.
