  Description

  We are Cristina, Julian (35 and 36 years old) and our son Ilay (1 year old) with 3 cute dogs.
  We have several small vegetable gardens with which we produce much of the food we consume. These are characterized by maximum naturalness and sustainability. A mixture of permaculture and biodynamics with a pinch of improvisation. Several chickens graze freely, guaranteeing us excellent quality eggs. Our bees fly happily from flower to flower. We are lovingly recovering the old orchards and planting new ones. The chestnut grove is very important to us. We pay particular attention to the care of the plants and the harvesting of chestnuts. Forestry activities take up a lot of our energy. The chainsaw often sings here. In addition to living intensely with and of the land, we also restore stone houses, so your thousand skills will certainly be much appreciated! The activities to are very varied depending on the time of year and the ongoing projects. Julian is a volcano of ideas!
  
  Noi siamo Cristina, Julian (35 e 36 anni) e nostro figlio Ilay (di 1 anno) accompagnati da 3 simpatici cani.
  Abbiamo diversi piccoli orti con cui produciamo gran parte del cibo che consumiamo. Questi sono improntati alla massima naturalità e sostenibilità. Un misto tra permacultura e biodinamica con uno spizzico di improvvisazione.
  Diverse galline pascolano libere, garantendoci uova di ottima qualità.
  Le nostre api volano felici di fiore in fiore.
  Stiamo recuperando con amore i vecchi frutteti e piantandone di nuovi.
  Il castagneto è per noi molto importante. Dedichiamo particolare attenzione alla cura delle piante e alla raccolta delle castagne.
  Le attività selviculturali impegnano molte delle nostre energie. La motosega qui canta spesso.
  Oltre a vivere intensamente con e del territorio, restauriamo anche le case in pietra, le tue mille capacità saranno quindi sicuramente molto apprezzate!
  Le attività da svolgere sono molto variegate in funzione del periodo dell’anno e dai progetti in corso. Julian è un vulcano di idee!

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  We like sharing experiences, experimenting with different cuisines, making music and learning new things! We are passionate about nature (Cristina spends most of her time among herbs, flowers and animals), travel, climbing and a simple lifestyle that makes you feel good. Julian is an expert sculptor, turner and carpenter. With wood he can do so many things! We hope to be able to host people who want to share their knowledge, ideas, experiences and skills so that we can enrich each other.
  
  
  Ci piace condividere esperienze, sperimentare cucine differenti, fare musica e imparare cose nuove!
  Siamo appassionati di natura (Cristina passa gran parte del suo tempo tra erbe, fiori e animali) di viaggi, di arrampicata e di uno stile di vita semplice ma che faccia star bene.
  Julian è un esperto scultore, tornitore e falegname. Con il legno sa fare veramente tante cose!
  Speriamo di poter ospitare persone che vogliano condividere le loro conoscenze, idee, esperienze e capacità così da arricchirci reciprocamente.

  Help

  We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people, lovers of nature and farm-life. In the countryside the jobs are always different, from the vegetable garden to cleaning the forest, to harvesting chestnuts (autumn), to preparing wood for the winter. Then there are the restoration works of the village (re-establishing the terraces, renovating some buildings,..). Here we are constantly evolving! We are also looking for people who are available to help us take care of the house, prepare meals and who can act as a babysitter.
  
  Cerchiamo persone entusiaste e motivate, amanti della natura e della vita agricola.
  In campagna i lavori sono sempre diversi, dall'orto alla pulizia del bosco, alla raccolta delle castagne (autunno), al preparare la legna per l'inverno. Ci sono poi i lavori di restauro della borgata (ristabilire i terrazzamenti, ristrutturare alcuni edifici,..). Qui siamo in continua evoluzione!
  Cerchiamo inoltre persone diponibili ad aiutarci nella cura della casa, nella preparazione dei pasti e che possa fare da baby sitter.

  Accommodation

  You have the option of having a room in the large stone house. If you prefer your own tent, you can choose where to put it. If, on the other hand, you are in a camper etc. you can stay in the parking lot. If you are accompanied by pets, we remind you that it is important for us to guarantee maximum freedom for our hens. We have running spring water, a shower and a dry composting toilet. A cozy common room with a large stove and a small bookcase. And what about the old restored wood-burning oven. Bread tastes better when baked there! Meals are shared, prepared and eaten together in the common kitchen. The diet is generally vegetarian, but if you have wishes or needs we can adapt.
  
  Hai la possibilità di avere una stanza nella grande casa in pietra. Se preferisci la tua tenda, puoi scegliere il luogo dove metterla. Se invece sei in camper ecc. puoi stare nel parcheggio. Se sei accompagnato da animali domestici, ti ricordiamo che per noi è importante garantire alle nostre galline la massima libertà.
  Abbiamo acqua corrente di sorgente, una doccia e il gabinetto a compostaggio secco. Un’accogliente sala comune con una grande stufa e una piccola libreria. E che dire dell’antico forno a legna restaurato. Il pane è più buono se cotto lì!
  I pasti sono condivisi, preparati e consumati insieme nella cucina comune. La dieta è generalmente vegetariana, comunicaci se hai o bisogni particolari.
