    Description

Hi everyone!!! my oral english is fair enough, not like my writting. haha. sorry about the future mistakes. I am a professional cook and vocational farmer. I had been worked and studied in China for almost 4 years, but 5 years ago i had to came back home bcz my grandpa passed and i had to take care of the farm. I produce lemon mainly, but my idea is to plant an edible forest, with agroforestry method( Hernst Gostch), key lines and so on, integrated with animals. By now i have, figs, chesnuts, brainnuts, peaches, small peaches( pexegos), plums, medlar, apples, pears, avocados (growing) and i m planting hazelnut in this moment. Of course everything with no chemicals, everything Ecofarming. I like tropical fruits, and i m a beliver of global warming so....i m testing guinea bananas, guabas, macadamian nut, kalamanci, pink peppercorn, litchi and so on..... my orchard were kinda small, but as i knew the ''no-dig'' and ''back to Eden'' method i have expanded it till the 600 square meters and growing. But i still prefer trees, much less work.

I feel attracted by self-sufficiency,bee keeping, food preservation, smoking, salted, fermentation, solar cooking, bioconstruction, brewing and all that kind of stuff.

I have few chickens and i have started doing line crossing to make a good double purpose hibrid last year, meat and eggs, but didn't work well.....i ll try again in the future when i m more focus. I have a dog and some cats.

Actually the whole farms have tons of work and things to be repaired, improve and maintain. I m there alone, except for some days a week my mom come to give me some help. Right now i m surviving selling lemons and the others fruits i have ech season of the year, plus i work some extra hours as cook.
