  Experience real country life in Transylvania – near the famous Cheile Turzii Gorge!
  
  I'm Corina, originally from Romania, and after many years in Germany, I’ve returned to my roots with heart and soul. I now live in a small Romanian village – about 45 minutes by car from the student city of Cluj-Napoca, 15 km from Turda and its famous salt mine, and just a short walk from the breathtaking Cheile Turzii gorge.
  
  I live on a small homestead with a large organic garden – completely chemical-free! Vegetable beds, fruit trees, berry bushes and flowers are part of my daily life. I’m passionate about gardening and would love help with planting, tending and harvesting.
  
  My partner visits regularly from abroad, and sometimes friends from Cluj come by as well.
  
  Long-term, I dream of creating a small community here – about six people – who enjoy growing their own food and living close to nature.
  
  If you love nature, want to experience rural Romanian life, and are excited to contribute to meaningful projects – this could be the place for you. I look forward to meeting you!
  
  I offer food, accommodation, and cultural exchange in exchange for 4–5 hours of help per day, five days a week (you are entitled to two days off).

  Erlebe das echte Landleben in Transsilvanien – nahe der berühmten Schlucht Cheile Turti!

  
  Ich bin Corina, gebürtige Rumänin, Rückkehrerin mit Herz und Seele. Nach vielen Jahren in Deutschland lebe ich nun in einem kleinen rumänischen Dorf – ca. 45 Minuten Autofahrt von der Studentenstadt Klausenburg, 15 km von Turda und der berühmten Salzmiene und fußläufig zur spektakulären Schlucht Cheile Turzii.
  
  Ich wohne auf einem kleinen Hof mit großem Garten – alles bio und absolut chemiefrei! Gemüsebeete, Obstbäume, Beerensträucher und Blumen begleiten meinen Alltag. Ich gärtnere mit Leidenschaft und freue mich über Hilfe beim Pflanzen, Pflegen und Ernten.
  
  Mein Partner kommt regelmäßig nach Rumänien und gelegentlich besuchen mich Freundinnen aus Cluj.
  
  Langfristig wünsche ich mir hier eine kleine Community mit etwa sechs Menschen, die Freude an dem Projekt Selbstversorgung haben und ein naturverbundenes Leben anstreben.
  Wenn du Natur liebst, das rumänische Landleben ausprobieren willst und Lust hast, sinnvolle Projekte mitzugestalten – dann bist du bei mir genau richtig. Ich freue mich auf dich.
  
  Ich biete Essen, Unterkunft und kulturellen Austausch gegen 4-5 Stunden Arbeit pro Woche, fünf Tage die Woche (dir stehen 2 freie Tage zu).

  Trăiește viața autentică de la țară în Transilvania – aproape de celebra Cheile Turzii!
  
  Sunt Corina, originară din România, iar după mulți ani petrecuți în Germania, m-am întors cu inima deschisă în satul meu natal. Locuiesc acum într-un sat liniștit, la aproximativ 45 de minute de Cluj-Napoca, la 15 km de Turda și celebra salină, și la o plimbare scurtă de spectaculoasa Cheile Turzii.
  
  Locuiesc pe o gospodărie mică, cu o grădină mare – totul cultivat ecologic, fără niciun fel de chimicale! Mă ocup zilnic de straturi de legume, pomi fructiferi, arbuști de fructe de pădure și flori. Grădinăritul este marea mea pasiune și mă bucur de ajutor la plantat, îngrijit și recoltat.
  
  Partenerul meu vine regulat în România, iar din când în când mă vizitează prietene din Cluj.
  
  Pe termen lung, visez să creez aici o mică comunitate de aproximativ șase persoane, pasionate de viața în armonie cu natura și de un stil de viață bazat pe autosusținere.
  
  Dacă iubești natura, vrei să experimentezi viața rurală românească și să contribui la proiecte cu sens – atunci ești binevenit(ă) la mine. Te aștept cu drag!
  
  Ofer mâncare, cazare și schimb cultural în schimbul a 4–5 ore de muncă pe zi, cinci zile pe săptămână (ai dreptul la două zile libere).

  I used to spend a lot of time hiking and climbing – I can recommend great spots in the area.
  Gardening, preserving food, and living with the rhythm of the seasons are an essential part of rural Romanian life – and here, you can experience and learn all of it firsthand. We enjoy cooking traditional Romanian dishes. When I visit friends and acquaintances, I'm happy to take you along – it’s a great opportunity to gain deeper insight into Romanian lifestyle, culture, and cuisine!

  Ich freue mich immer, neue Menschen kennenzulernen und Erfahrungen zu teilen. Als gebürtige Rumänin gebe ich gerne Einblicke in die Kultur, das Alltagsleben und die Traditionen auf dem Land.
  Früher war ich selbst viel in den Bergen unterwegs – gerne gebe ich Tipps zum Wandern und Klettern in der Umgebung.
  Gärtnern, Einkochen und das Leben mit den Jahreszeiten sind ein wichtiger Teil der ländlichen Kultur Rumäniens – all das kannst du bei mir hautnah erleben und mitmachen. Wir kochen gerne traditionell Rumänische Gerichte. Bei Ausflügen zu meinen Freunden und Bekannten nehme ich dich/euch gerne mit, dann kannst du weitere Einblicke in Lebensart, Kultur und Küche Rumäniens erhalten!

  Îmi face plăcere să cunosc oameni noi și să fac schimb de experiențe. Fiind româncă, pot oferi o perspectivă autentică asupra culturii, vieții de zi cu zi și tradițiilor rurale.
  Am fost mult timp pasionată de drumeții și escaladă – pot recomanda trasee și locuri frumoase în zonă.
  Grădinăritul, conservarea alimentelor și viața în ritmul anotimpurilor sunt o parte esențială a culturii de la țară în România – iar la mine poți învăța și trăi toate acestea în mod direct. Ne place să gătim mâncăruri tradiționale românești. La vizitele pe care le fac la prieteni și cunoștințe, te iau cu drag cu mine – astfel vei putea descoperi mai mult din stilul de viață, cultura și bucătăria românească!

  Help

  ENGLISH:
  
  4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week. You are entitled to two days off. The schedule is flexible and can be adjusted – perfect if you’d like to take a day for hiking or climbing.
  
  In the garden:
  Watering, weeding, tree care, tying up peas and tomatoes, harvesting, collecting Colorado beetles (we don’t use any chemicals!), building cucumber supports, mowing the lawn.
  
  Cooking & preserving:
  Preserving vegetables from the garden – pickling, fermenting or canning for winter.
  Cooking for the daily meals. I provide all the food. Who cooks can vary – usually we cook together, me, my partner (whom you could help), or you alone if you prefer (in that case it counts as working time).
  We cook omnivorously (including meat, fish, eggs, and dairy), but we focus a lot on vegetables, legumes, and plant-based variety. I was vegan and vegetarian for many years myself – so I'm happy to accommodate any special dietary preferences.
  
  House sitting:
  Occasionally, I travel to Germany, and it would be great if someone could look after the house and animals. If you are interested, let me know.
  
  DEUTSCH:
  
  4–5 Stunden pro Tag, 5 Tage die Woche. Dir stehen zwei freie Tage die Woche zu. Die Zeiten sind flexibel und können nach Absprache eingeteilt werden – ideal, wenn du z. B. einen Tag zum Wandern oder Klettern nutzen möchtest.
  
  Gartenarbeit:
  Gießen, Unkraut jäten, Bäume pflegen, Erbsen und Tomaten anbinden, ernten, Kartoffelkäfer absammeln (wir arbeiten komplett ohne Chemie!), Gurken-Gerüste bauen, Rasen mähen ...
  
  Kochen & Haltbarmachen:
  Gemüse aus dem Garten einlegen oder einkochen für den Winter.
  Kochen für die täglichen Mahlzeiten. Ich stelle jegliche Lebensmittel zur Verfügung. Wer kocht kann variieren, meist wir gemeinsam, ich, mein Partner (dem du helfen könntest) oder du alleine, wenn du möchtest (dann zählt das zur Arbeitszeit). Wir kochen omnivor (inklusive Fleisch, Fisch, Eier und Milchprodukte), legen aber viel Wert auf Gemüse, Hülsenfrüchte und pflanzliche Vielfalt. Ich war selbst lange Zeit Veganerin und Vegetarierin – auf besondere Ernährungswünsche gehe ich daher gerne ein.
  
  House sitting:
  Gelegentlich reise ich nach Deutschland, und es wäre schön, wenn jemand auf das Haus und die Tiere aufpassen könnte. Wenn du interessiert bist, lass es mich wissen.
  
  ROMÂNĂ:
  
  4–5 ore pe zi, 5 zile pe săptămână. Ai dreptul la două zile libere. Programul este flexibil și poate fi adaptat – ideal dacă vrei să îți iei o zi pentru drumeții sau escaladă.
  
  În grădină:
  Udat, plivit, îngrijirea pomilor, legarea mazării și roșiilor, recoltare, strângerea gândacilor de Colorado (nu folosim deloc chimicale!), construirea de suporturi pentru castraveți, tuns iarba.
  
  Gătit & conservat:
  Murături sau fermentare legumelor din grădină pentru iarnă.
  Gătitul pentru mesele zilnice. Eu pun la dispoziție toate alimentele. Cine gătește poate varia – de obicei gătim împreună, eu, partenerul meu (căruia i-ai putea da o mână de ajutor) sau tu singur(ă), dacă dorești (în acest caz se consideră timp de muncă).
  Gătim omnivor (inclusiv carne, pește, ouă și produse lactate), dar punem accent pe legume, leguminoase și varietate vegetală. Eu însămi am fost mult timp vegană și vegetariană – așa că mă adaptez cu plăcere la preferințe alimentare speciale.
  
  House sitting:
  Ocazional călătoresc în Germania și ar fi grozav dacă cineva ar putea avea grijă de casă și de animale. Dacă ești interesat, anunță-mă.

  You’ll have your own private room with a bed, wardrobe and desk – simple but cozy.
  If you're travelling with your own camper, you're welcome to park it on the property. There’s also space for tents.

  Du bekommst ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bett, Schrank und Tisch – einfach, aber gemütlich.
  Falls du mit deinem eigenen Camper kommst, kannst du ihn gerne auf dem Grundstück parken. Platz für Zelte ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
  
  ROMÂNĂ:
  
  Vei avea o cameră proprie, cu pat, dulap și birou – simplu, dar confortabil.
  Dacă vii cu autorulota ta, o poți parca în curte. Există și loc pentru corturi.
