  We are a young family living in Cambutal, Panama, a small beach town surrounded by nature.
  We are looking for a couple or two friends to join us and experience life here.
  Our main need is help with our youngest daughter, Antonella, during the day. We are looking for someone who loves kids and feels comfortable taking care of her.
  If you are a couple, one person could help with Antonella while the other helps my husband to built our future home.
  We are easy-going, respectful and independent, and we’d love to share our family life and our little corner of Panama with you

  The cultural exchange is about experiencing everyday life in a small coastal community in Panama and becoming part of our family and local environment.
  
  We are happy to share our knowledge of the area, introduce you to local people and traditions, and show you what everyday life is like beyond the typical tourist experience.
  
  You will have the opportunity to experience the local culture, food, nature and relaxed lifestyle of Cambutal, while sharing your own culture, traditions, language and experiences with us and our children.
  
  We especially enjoy learning from people from different backgrounds and creating a genuine exchange where everyone can share something. We also have two young children, so there is plenty of opportunity to share family life, stories, games and everyday experiences.
  
  For couples or friends, the experience can also be a great way to live and work in the community together, with each person contributing in a different way according to their interests and skills.

  Our main need is help with our youngest daughter, Antonella, during the day. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around young children and can help with childcare while we manage our work and daily activities.
  
  For couples, we have an additional opportunity: my husband is planning to start to built our future home if you have experience in construction is a plus :)

  Accommodation

  We will provide a private apartment for our helpers to stay in during their time with us.
  
  The apartment will be fully independent, giving you your own private space to relax and enjoy your time off. It will include a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, with the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
  
  The apartment will be located close to our home and the local community, so you can easily be part of family life and the local experience while still having your own space and privacy.
  
  Food will be provided 3 meals and if we can't cook we will provide the food so they can cook themselves.

  What else ...

  During their free time, our helpers are completely free to do whatever they wish. There are no restrictions on how they choose to spend their time off.
  
  They can explore Cambutal and the surrounding area, go to the beach, surf, hike, visit nearby towns, relax at home, socialize with locals or other travelers, or simply enjoy the peaceful lifestyle of the area.
  
  We respect our helpers’ privacy and free time and do not expect them to be available outside of their agreed working hours.
