  Hi I'm Cora ! I'm a foster family and I just bought a house and land in Creuse that will slowly transform into a small fruits farm. My aim is to welcome people as I welcome children and to create a place where we can share and build something based on nature and healthy relationships. I traveled and used Workaway a lot when I was in my twenties, and I couldn't wait to have my place to welcome you the same way I've been welcomed all around the world.
  
  Bonjour, je m'appelle Coralie, je suis famille d'accueil pour enfants et je viens d'acheter une maison et du terrain en Creuse. Le but est de créer un endroit où on peut partager et construire du collectif, basé sur le respect de la nature et des relations saines. Je suis également en train d'installer une production de petits fruits sur le terrain. J'ai beaucoup voyagé et utilisé workaway pendant un temps, et je me suis toujours dit qu'un jour ça sera mon tour d'accueillir sur ma ferme :)

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  I've always wanted to be a workaway host, can't wait to share with you anything you want to know about France or the places I've seen. I have a pretty active social life and I love hiking and looking around my countryside, all things I can share with you :)
  
  J'ai toujours voulu être un hôte sur workaway, je suis contente de pouvoir partager avec vous ma petite oasis et les beaux coins de la région !

  Help

  I'm vegan and I tend to my land without animal or animal products. Right now there's a big family garden and 1000m2 of small fruits planted this winter (raspberries, currants, ...) that will open for self harvest next year. There's also a small earth and wood greenhouse, about a hundred young fruit trees and plenty of space still to build and plant other things !
  
  Here's what I can share with you, or teach you, don't hesitate to message me if you have a specific time frame in mind and want to know what's going on at that time :
  - In the garden : mowing (with scythe, no petrol), taking care of the fruits, food storage and processing, building with earth and straw
  - At home : spending time with the kids, dancing, painting, board games, ...
  
  Voilà ce que je peux vous apprendre et vous partager :
  - Au jardin : faucher avec une faux, s'occuper d'une production de petits fruits et du potager en agriculture vegan, construire en torchis
  - A la maison : passer du temps avec les enfants, danses traditionnelles, peinture, dessin, jeux de sociétés ...

  Accommodation

  House : I live in a comfortable house with wifi, heating and hot showers. There's a trailer outside for you, with heat and electricity, and free access to the house for shower and kitchen. There's also a lot of space outside for vans, trailers, tiny, tents ... I hope in the future to build an autonomous space for travelers (one of the many projects you can get involved with if you want to).
  
  Food : I'm providing breakfast + 2 vegan meals a day !
  
  Maison : J'habite dans une petite maison confortable avec du wifi, chauffage et douche. Il y a une caravane chauffée avec de l'electricité pour vous, avec bien sur l'accès à la maison pour la douche ou la cuisine. Il y a aussi plein de place dehors pour les tentes, van, caravane, tiny ... J'espère un jour construire un espace autonome pour les voyageurs.
  
  Nourriture : J'offre le petit déj + 2 repas vegan par jour !

  What else ...

  I live in the middle of the country, it's hard to go anywhere without a car. There's a bus stop to go to Clermont-Ferrand a 20 minutes drive from home if you want to go to the city. There's also a lot of great hiking one hour drive from the house in the Sancy Mountains or in Creuse around the small lakes. There's also the biggest buddhist temple in France 20 minutes away (I'm buddhist). I also enjoy all outdoors activities, board games, going dancing, looking around flea markets ... in the summer there's a lot of things happening around here.
  
  J'habite en pleine campagne, c'est compliqué de se déplacer sans voiture. Il y a un arrêt de bus pour Clermont-Ferrand à 20min. Plein de super randos dans le Sancy, la Chaine des Puys ou les lacs de Creuse (1h de route). Il y a aussi le plus grand temple bouddhiste de France à 20 minutes. Sinon, j'aime randonner et passer du temps dehors, faire des jeux de société, aller danser, chiner dans les marchés ... en été il se passe pas mal de choses dans le coin.
