  We are an Austrian-Italian family with three young children (a girl, currently 2.5 years old, and twin boys, 3 months old) and live in a house in Rome. We are looking for a native German speaker to support us and our children in our daily lives.
  
  Wir sind eine österreichisch-italienische Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern (ein Mädchen, aktuell 2,5 Jahre, und Zwillingsjungs, 3 Monate) und leben in einem Haus in Rom. Wir suchen eine Person mit deutscher Muttersprache, die uns und unsere Kinder im Alltag begleitet.

  We enjoy being active and out and about; on weekends we like to take short trips in the area, eat pizza or similar things. With us, you have great opportunities to learn Italian (our family language is Italian, but the children also speak German).
  
  Wir sind gerne aktiv und unterwegs, am Wochenende machen wir auch gerne kleine Ausflüge in der Gegend, essen Pizza oder ähnliches. Bei uns hast du tolle Möglichkeiten, Italienisch zu lernen (unsere Familiensprache ist Italienisch, die Kinder sprechen aber auch Deutsch).

  Help

  The tasks are flexible and can be arranged as needed: playing with the girl, who will be 3 in April, accompanying her to kindergarten, helping with cooking, or assisting with clearing up after meals – simply whatever the day brings. At least one parent usually works from home or has the day off, so we're looking for someone to help us out with everyday tasks. As for the babies, you'd never be alone with them! A parent is always there for them, but it's often necessary to have someone else around if two or three children need something at the same time.
  
  Die Aufgaben sind flexibel und nach Absprache: mit dem Mädchen spielen, das im April 3 Jahre alt sein wird, sie in den Kindergarten begleiten, beim Kochen helfen oder beim Abräumen nach dem Essen unterstützen – einfach das, was der Tag so bringt. Zumindest ein Elternteil arbeitet meistens von zuhause oder hat ganz frei, daher wünschen wir uns jemanden, der uns im Alltag entlastet. Was die Babys betrifft, würdest du nie mit ihnen alleine sein! Für sie ist immer ein Elternteil da, oft ist es aber einfach nötig, eine helfende Person im Raum zu haben, falls gerade 2 oder 3 Kinder gleichzeitig etwas brauchen.

  It's important to us that someone speaks German with our children. At the same time, we usually speak Italian at home, which provides a good opportunity to learn Italian. Uns ist es wichtig, dass jemand mit unseren Kindern Deutsch spricht. Gleichzeitig sprechen wir in der Familie normalerweise Italienisch, was eine gute Möglichkeit bringt, Italienisch zu lernen.

  Accommodation

  We offer a room with a bathroom on a floor that we otherwise rarely use. If you're traveling as a couple, we could also welcome two people – there's plenty of space.
  
  We eat three meals a day regularly, together whenever possible: you would, of course, be part of our family! If that's not always possible, you'll have everything you need to cook for yourself, after we've discussed it beforehand. We eat very healthily and are mostly (but not exclusively) vegetarian. We would be happy if you could occasionally help us prepare meals, by prior arrangement.
  
  Wir bieten ein Zimmer mit Bad in einem Stockwerk, das wir im Alltag sonst kaum nutzen. Solltet ihr zu zweit unterwegs sein, wäre es für uns auch denkbar, zwei Personen bei uns willkommen zu heißen - es gibt viel Platz.
  
  Wir essen regelmäßig 3x pro Tag, wenn möglich gemeinsam: Da würdest du natürlich Teil unserer Familie sein! Sollte das manchmal nicht möglich sein, wirst du nach Absprache alles zur Verfügung haben, um dir selbst etwas zu kochen. Wir ernähren uns sehr gesund und weitgehend (aber nicht ausschließlich) vegetarisch. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du uns gelegentlich und nach Absprache beim Zubereiten der Mahlzeiten unterstützen kannst.
