Description
I am the owner of two charming properties in magic places in Tuscany, one in Chianti and the other on the beach in Monte Argentario. I reside in the city of Florence with my daughter. As a stylist, interior decorator, painter, and ceramist, I personally restored these two houses. I need help with the gardens to make them more beautiful and want to plant more vegetation in both gardens, as well as some maintenance work.

In Our house in Chianti offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, just 1.5 km from a village with groceries, restaurants, and wine bars. The beach house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with Porto Santo Stefano city a 20-minute drive away. We can plan meals together, and if I’m around, I’ll handle grocery shopping so we can cook together.

In Chianti, a regular bus service to Florence is available, with the bus stop just a 15-minute walk from the house. The beach house is situated in a secluded area where transportation options are limited. You’ll either need to rely on your own vehicle or coordinate with me for transportation, as there are no buses or taxis available in the area.

There is an enough space for any kind of motor home camper van in Chianti . On the beach a little more complicated because the road to the house is quit small and you have to pass a bridge . But a normal size is no problem at all
