Description
We’ve moved from our mountain acreage to a house in beautiful Victoria…Lots to do inside and outside!
We are now looking for help inside the house cleaning up after renovations june 25-July 3.
It’s easy to get to the ocean, Mt Tolmie, Mt Douglas, university of Victoria, various parks, shops, recreation centres, walking trails…
This is our 19th year as a hosts and we just love it. We’ve been away traveling a lot but with our new home we love the exchange of energy with travellers.
We are an hard-working couple, and love to play games hike, bike, kayak, and read in our spare time.
Getting here is easy by bus.

Great first workaway experience!
I stayed with Henry and Sue for 9 days as my first workaway. They were both very welcoming and accommodating. Nice verity of work, fueled by Sue's amazing cooking and Henry's cookie stach! always followed by a game. Highly recommend:)

It was a great experience hosting Baptiste for three weeks while he helped us with several projects.
He helped making a pathway, digging up an old irrigation system, clearing out a garage, prorating ground for a cement foundation and was quick to do the dishes every night.

Sue and Henry were great hosts to have for my stay in British Columbia. They were easy to talk to and great people to talk about Canadian culture and history and they never pushed you too hard with the work. Located in a beautiful spot near a regional park and close to town, this was a great couple weeks to spend in BC.
