Different areas of activity require focus.
The land is located in the countryside, not too far from the village in the heart of untouched nature. It requires a great deal of attention, Kamala will be please to offer you the opportunity to learn a lot about traditional vs. synergistic farming, as well as how to care for the trees and plants that nourish us by providing fruits, while also enriching the soil.
The garden is very diverse, featuring vineyards, olive trees, citrus trees, other fruit trees, and aromatic herbs, the flowers and grass also require some dedicated care.
Outside there is always a lot to do and Massimo can share is experience on manual activities, doing some little constructions around the house or on general maintenance.
Since Sardinia is sunny and mostly dry with little rainfall, we rely on an automatic irrigation system powered by solar energy. We'll have the chance to learn how to install and maintain it, and manual watering will still be necessary in some areas.
Anyone who comes to our peaceful place can assist with the daily care of the house.Languages

The dwelling we safeguard and wish to share is located in the Gallurese countryside, surrounded by the greenery of pristine nature. The house is a 10-minute walk from the village, equipped with shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, and bars.
In the vicinity, there are many naturalistic trails to discover, along with woods, rivers, and springs. It's the ideal place for trekking enthusiasts.
A 15-minute drive will take you to the coastline, famous for its heavenly beaches.
Olbia's airport and port are reachable within a 15-minute car ride.
Nearby, there are also noteworthy archaeological sites (nuraghe, sacred wells, and giant tombs).
There are public transportation options from the village to the beaches and Olbia, but is much better if you have your own car to move you around.
