Description
My daughter and I live close to world famous surfing beaches in a large comfortable home which includes a home yoga studio overlooking a rainforest and large lake in a creative coastal village 7 kms from a popular tourist town at the mouth of one of Australia’s largest rivers. Yuraygir National park is our front yard. There are wonderful walks all around us. It truly is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We are primarily vegetarian but I enjoy fish occasionally and my adult daughter enjoys other meats occasionally. I love yoga, surfing, dancing, massaging, gardening music and friendship. I like preparing healthy meals. I teach yoga from home most days. My daughter enjoys sewing and art and loves the beach. She has a mental disability and has support in place to help her. She has her own attached studio accommodation.

Help
Hi -to would be helpers. I don’t expect any one person to have all these skills- but here is the help list:
We have a garden shed that needs painting and some minor timber repairs on our house.- so carpentry skills are helpful.
We plan to build an en-suite in our largest spare room. Experience in tiling and renovating will be useful for this project.
We have various weeding and gardening projects- including Spreading mulch, moving soil, while shifting some above ground garden beds .
There is approx 16 sqm of acrylic rendering needed (over painted concrete blocks). Experience in rendering or bagging will be useful.
I also need help with cleaning our many windows. I also need help sanding hoop pine slabs that will become kitchen bench tops and shelves.
Hoping you are inspired to help with these projects.Accommodation
You will have your own generous size room with linen provided- that looks out onto the garden. You will share a bathroom within our home. You will sometimes help prepare the vegetarian meals we share. You will need to buy and cook meat for yourself if required. We have a bbq for this purpose.
What else ...
We are surrounded by natural beauty. On your time off- You can borrow a pushbike, surfboard or canoe. Go walking, surfing swimming or into town to catch a movie at the cinema or watch Netflix at home. Our local cafe - which is licensed has Sunday music sessions which are great for meeting people. At home we tend to appreciate our environment and consider our neighbours. Smokers need to be mindful of any impact their 2nd hand smoke may have on others and bin their butts. No smoke is allowed inside.
