Help on my ecological hobby farm in Puglia Italy

  Description

  My name is Anna and I have a small plot of land with olive trees and a few fruit trees located in the hills a few kilometers from Alberobello. I tend it myself, planting trees and shrubs, and pruning the olive and cherry trees. I have a small trullo with a solar-powered bathroom. I love my countryside and take care of it myself. The main commitment is caring for the olive grove, fruit trees, and garden, so pruning, weeding, and chopping wood will be our daily bread. If you'd like to help me and are able to adapt to a somewhat spartan lifestyle, I can offer room and board. I don't own a farm, and this small property is just my little ecological project, which I'm developing as a hobby. I can accommodate one person in a small, comfortably furnished wooden cabin with an external bathroom, but if you come in a camper and are therefore independent, I can accommodate two people.
  In your free time, if like me, you love painting, clay modeling, or playing an instrument, we can share these passions. Alternatively, I can show you the beautiful villages of the Itria Valley or the seaside towns. I speak English but would also like to learn other languages.
  I'll host for one or two weeks starting in September, when work begins in the olive grove to prepare for the olive harvest for pressing and oil extraction.

  Mi chiamo Anna e ho un piccolo terreno con ulivi e qualche albero da frutta situato sulle colline a pochi chilometri da Alberobello. Nel tempo e a livello amatoriale me ne occupo personalmente, piantando alberi ed arbusti, potando gli ulivi e ciliegi. Ho un piccolo trullo con servizio alimentato con energia solare. Amo la mia campagna e me ne occupo personalmente . Il maggiore impegno è rappresentato dalla cura dell'uliveto, degli alberi da frutto e dalla cura del giardino, quindi lavori di potatura, sfalcio delle erbe spontanee e taglio della legna saranno il nostro pane quotidiano. Se hai voglia di aiutarmi e se sai adattarti alla vita un po' spartana, posso ricambiare con vitto e alloggio, non sono titolare di una azienda agricola e questa piccola proprietà è solo il mio piccolo progetto ecologico che realizzo a livello amatoriale. Posso ospitare una sola persona in una piccola baita di legno arredata e confortevole con servizio esterno, ma se venite in camper e siete quindi autonomi per l'alloggio posso ospitare anche due persone.
  Nel tempo libero se come me ami dipingere o modellare l'argilla o suonare uno strumento , potremo condividere queste passioni , in alternativa ti farò visitare i bellissimi borghi della Valle d'Itria o i paesini sul mare. Parlo inglese ma mi piacerebbe anche imparare altre lingue.
  Ospito per una/due settimane a partire da settembre quando inizieranno i lavori nell'uliveto in preparazione della raccolta delle olive per la molitura e l'estrazione dell'olio.

  Gardening work in the countryside, animal care, building fences, repairing dry stone walls, small carpentry tasks, help in the kitchen in preparing meals with land products and wild herbs. Production of artisanal soaps based on olive oil, painting and drawing workshops.
  
  Lavori in campagna di giardinaggio, cura degli animali, costruzione di recinti, riparazione di muretti a secco, piccoli lavori di falegnameria, aiuto in cucina nella preparazione dei pasti con prodotti della terra ed erbe spontanee. Produzione di saponi artigianali a base di olio di oliva, laboratori di pittura e disegno.

  We are in the Murgia dei Trulli area, a few km from Castellana Cave, Alberobello, Polignano and Monopoli. The area between the hills and the sea is splendid and full of attractions. Our residence is in Bari, a very beautiful and lively city to visit. You will feel like family.
