  • Description

    Description

We are a young family with two children (14 and 17) and a dog. We live in Central Italy, on the East coast, 20 minutes away from the seaside. Lanciano is the name of our town: it is quite big (about 40.000 inhabitants) and it has historical spots to visit as well as nice shops and places to go out in your free time.

Living with us for some weeks will give you the opportunity to experience the daily routine of an Italian family, to taste typical dishes and to learn the most common Italian words and phrases. In our free time we will also be happy to show you around driving you to the coast or to the mountains!

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

We live in a flat and we usually offer our guests the living room, so there isn't a wardrobe inside the room but just a small chest of drawers. But we can give you some free space for the clothes in the wardrobe in the hall, no problem!
We should be able to accomodate our guests for NO LONGER than 12 DAYS, as the living room is our largest room and the children like to live there so a longer period would be difficult for us.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

You can walk to the town centre in about 10 minutes or you can take a bus or the train to reach the seaside (20 minutes) or a bigger town (Pescara, 4o minutes) . We have already had workaway volunteers from the USA and one of them is a special friend for us...We usually have guests every summer for 1-2 weeks as we have friends from other European countries who like to spend some time on our beaches and in our mountains!
