  Description

  I am the owner of a characteristic 19th century house with a park in Sestri Levante, a seaside town on the Riviera Ligure di Levante located between Portofino and 5 Terre. I am happy to offer the possibility of board and lodging for ONE PERSON in a private room with bathroom in exchange for limited housework in the apartment where I live and maintenance of the park and the building (grass cutting and cleaning). In the same house I have my professional architect's studio, also frequented by my collaborators. The house is located in a bright and quiet position in a context of environmental value appreciated for its exposure and historical nature. The city center, the sea, the train station, the bus stop and the main services are easily reachable within 10 minutes on foot

  In the area italian language courses for foreigners, painting courses, cooking courses (including pastry making), sommelier courses and catering in general. Cinema, theater, symphony season. I can share my knowledge of local culture in various fields from the artistic-historical to the culinary and traditions, as well as my skills in the field of architecture and landscape. I like meeting people from different cultures and exchanging information and knowledge. I consider myself a citizen of the world, having traveled a lot and still wanting to do so.
  
  In zona corsi di lingua italiana per stranieri, corsi pittura, corsi di cucina (anche pasticceria), corsi di somelier e ristorazione in generale. Cinema, teatro, stagione sinfonica.
  Posso condividere le competenze sulla cultura locale in vari campi da quello artistico-storico a quello culinario e delle tradizioni, nonchè le mie competenze nel campo dell'architettura e del paesaggio.
  Mi piace conoscere persone di culture diverse e scambiare informazioni e conoscenze. Mi reputo un cittadino del mondo, avendo viaggiato molto e desiderando ancora di farlo.

  Limited domestic commitment in the apartment where I live, such as cleaning and organizing meals of simple local specialties (even together). Park maintenance work such as cutting grass, pruning trees, occasional fruit picking for domestic use, cleaning paths. Maximum hours of commitment half a day to be decided together according to needs, even for a completely free day. Clearly available to share and transmit their skills in the required work fields.
  THE COLLABORATIVE WORK REQUIRED IS MORE SUITED A MAN.
  
  Limitato impegno domestico nell'appartamento dove vivo, tipo pulizia ed organizzazione pasti di semplici specialità locali (anche assieme).
  Lavori manutenzione del parco tipo taglio erba, potatura alberi, saltuaria raccolta frutta per uso domestico, pulizia sentieri.
  Orario massimo di impegno mezza giornata da decidere assieme secondo le necessità , anche per giorno totalmente libero.
  Disponibile chiaramente a condividere e trasmettere le proprie competenze nei campi lavorativi richiesti.
