  • Description

    Description

A century-old house in a picturesque village in the eastern suburbs of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. One acre of land with a large garden and fruit orchards. My son has Asperger’s; he was elected class president and vice president of the school committee, but he doesn’t have many friends. I’d like to keep him busy and relieve myself of some tasks, and I’d like someone to join us in our daily life in this house, which is a bit too big for us.

We volunteer at a thrift store where we sell used items to raise funds for the community. You’re welcome to join us. We go to museums, activities like the zoo, water slides, and more; friends visit us at home; and we have lots of dinners and gatherings around the pool in the summer.

    Help

Helping my son with his homework, playing with him, and teaching him English—he doesn’t know it yet; he only speaks French. If you have a driver’s license, you could run errands and accompany us on our outings. Summer is coming—there’s a heated in-ground pool, beautiful forests for hiking and biking, and magnificent trails nearby. We can go to our cottage on a small island north of Greater Montreal, and so much more.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

A beautiful, spacious country-style house in the countryside, set on several acres of land with orchards and fruit trees. A lovely bedroom and a 2,500-square-foot house for the three of us

We go grocery shopping every week; we eat very healthily, including chicken, pork, and beef, as well as plenty of fruits and vegetables. We also eat rice, pasta, and tofu.

We can accommodate vegetarians and vegans. All meals are cooked by me and my son, but if the guest wishes to help, we would be very happy to have them join us.

At the guest’s request, we will purchase the requested ingredients and foods.
