    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

If you want to improve your Spanish, this is the cultural exchange for you! Working closely with the local staff, you will be speaking Spanish everyday. We also have guests from all over the world so you will have a chance to practice your German, French, and other languages.
You can also learn about the local cuisine if you are interested in cooking as the chefs here are happy to share their knowledge.
You will also have the chance to learn to surf (we provide boards free of charge), as well as snorkel and dive. You will learn about aspects of running your own small business, if that interests you.
We also catch a lot of the fish that is served at our restaurant, and so we can teach you how to find and spear fish.

  • Help

    Help

We are searching for two more people for our beach hotel in Santa Catalina, Panama. The help we need is mostly communicating with the local staff, who all speak Spanish, and interacting with guests and making them feel welcome. Although we request your help on day to day matters, like helping with cleaning, painting, maintenance, check in & check out of clients, Social Media actualization and other different tasks.
Occasionally we will need help with translating for the guests to the local ladies and driving to local towns to get supplies for the hotel.

Also if we have space available during your stay, we usually invite our volunteers to the snorkeling tour in coiba island.
We also have a few surfboards and a couple of kayaks, which you can use whenever you like.
