Help renovate a house and enjoy Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra, Portugal

  I'm Renata, Brazilian, living and working as a body-therapist in Cascais since 1997.
  I studied psychology and body-psychoterapy years ago and recently I bough a house (2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 nice 35sm terrace sea view) 15km from Lisbon City Center, 20km from amazing Sintra, and 10 km from emblematic Cascais.
  The house is close to the sea and the best surf beaches around Lisbon.
  I would love to have some help from a EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL CARPENTER that can also help with some gardening, painting the facade, a porch in the terrace, DIY maintenance in the house:
  Mainly wood, etc... It would be a pleasure to have you here!!! Since the house is not big, Im accepting JUST ONE VOLUNTEER. Many Thanks
