  Description

  We are a family of 4 and live on a lovely finca surrounded by pine trees in the Fasnia area, on the island of Tenerife. Here you can enjoy absolute tranquility and a beautiful night sky. Our house is modern and well equipped, good internet (Starlink) is available. We have one big, young and active dog (husky labrador mix), and two easy going cats. We are looking for house and pet sitters for the period from 20th July to 8th of September 2026. You would enjoy our own house in exchange for taking care of our 3 pets, as well as taking care of the house (cleaning, basic maintenance) and garden (watering once or twice a week).

  Fasnia is not a touristic area, therefore going to the village you will be able to meet locals and practice your spanish! Since we are looking for house and pet sitters, meaning we wont be here during your stay, there won't be an ongoing exchange with us.

  Help

  Right now we are mostly looking for reliable, trustworthy and animal loving people to house and pet sit when we travel. Some garden work is involved too, mostly watering the finca, a few hours per week. We would prefer people with experience with house and pet sitting in a rural setting. You will need your own car.

  We are looking for a house and pet sitting kind of agreement, so we basically offer our house in exchange for taking care of our 3 pets,the house and garden.

  Our house has all modern equipment and is very comfortable but it is located on rural land, so you need your own car to travel around, and need to be comfortable with house and garden work.

  Plume (1 year)

  Plume is our female cat, she is a rather outside cat although she likes to chill inside. She is the mother of Yamcha. Our cats are not allowed in the bedrooms, and sleep outside at night except during hunting season.

  

  Yamcha (10 months)

  Yamcha is a very chill young male cat. He loves cuddles and to be outside, but likes to chill on the sofa. He is the son of our older female cat Plume. Our cats are not allowed inside the bedrooms, and sleep outside at night except during hunting season.

  

  Goku (1 year)

  Goku is a husky labrador mix, he is a big dog who is still very young, therefore is very active and playful. Due to his size and age, sometimes he plays a little rough. He is very good with people in general and with kids (we have 2 kids). Goku is an outdoor dog, he is not allowed inside the house.
