Description
I am a mother of two children 12 and soon 14years old. Living on a small farm with currently only a cat. The farm is getting a head of me and I need som help to maintain it. I also have a dream to again feel I can have some chickens and maybe more animals.
Since I also work full time a hand with the kids would also be nice.
For this spring-summer 2023 I have the following plans for help:
1) digging out the old goathouse, taking off the outer walls and putting in windows to make it a semi-greenhouse.
2) Maintenance of fences.
3) Digging around the small barn and changing panels outside, and new floor, plus stabilizing and maintaining ground.
4) Cutting down small bushes along the road.
5) Gardening, preferable permaculture.
6) Smaller indoor jobs.
7) If all works out, I have a dream of fixing the old barn. This will be digging jobs, working with concrete and carpentry. Will have to check economy status first.
8) Painting jobs.
9) Maintenance of buildings around the farm.
10) Cutting down some trees and making firewood for the winter.

The farm is in a beautiful rural area. Nice lake nearby to swim in summer. Plenty of cross country skiing in the winter or hike trails in the summer. When there is time I am happy to join you for hikes, or simply give suggestions to what you want to do. On occasions we can eat dinner together. Happy to get to know people from around the world, and happy to share my local knowledge and company.

Would really like both my children and myself to be able to master more languages, the kids speak English and very beginner German, myself I am very much interesting in learning more Spanish and French and German. I am Swedish, but can speak all Scandinavian languages Ok, and am fluent in English.
Accommodation
Depends on what is wished for. I have a spare bedroom in our house and then shared other facilities with us, But if OK with it I also have an isolated building where you can live by yourself (room for 1-2 people). You would still need to share bathrooms with us until I have managed to fix that. It has electricity and cooking possibilities.
I am suggesting that you will have your own part of the fridge and that I will provide you with basic food according to what you wish. Occasionally I am happy to make dinner for you or that we arrange meals together, this I am sure we can work out.
In the sleeping quarter there is also provided a very simple kitchen area where you can store some food and a cook stove. The utensils used will be washed by me in the house after use.
What else ...
It’s a nice area with lots of possibilities with hikes biking skiing (in winter). I can also help with transport to town if needed, there is a public bus service but only a few routes every day.

If you will be here while I am on vacation there are 3 bedrooms. If you are here while we are home, the lodgings will be simpler ( at least til its more organised) in the basement, with separate toilet, but sharing shower and kitchen with us. There would also be space here to camp in the garden.
