Description
Hello ,
I live in an agroecological farm in Carrancas, in the south of Minas Gerais.
The farm is historic and family friendly. It has been resuming its activities today following ecological and sustainable principles.
We have a headquarters house that works as a guesthouse sporadically. We work with a lot of things in small scale, like eggs production, beer craft, food processing, cultivation of medicinal plants, handicrafts an some other thing we are just starting.
There is an old orchard with many trees of mango, avocado, guava, jaboticaba, pitanga, etc. There are also agroforestry systems in progress to produce wood, fruits and food. We have small creations of chickens, bees and fish. My parents have a space for beer production and food processing.
The farm also has areas with natural cerrado fields, springs and tributaries of water and native forests. IS
bathed by the Camargos dam (Rio Grande) .The air is pure, the weather is cool, it's quiet, a great place to watch
of nature, the sky and the stars. You'll love taking a waterfall shower in summer, or sit close from the wood stove in winter.Types of help and learning opportunities
