  Description

  Welcome to my Farm. In the heart of the Cévennes national park in the south of France near Florac. I invite you with joy to come and share my alternative way of life on my property.
  Born and raised in the surroundings, after having traveled well on the continents of our beautiful planet, I settled in 2015 as a farmer in the Cévennes, the country of chestnuts....
  My non-profit farm especially allowed me to settle down owner in order to to realize my dream of life. My agricultural micro-enterprise is non-profit, I do not receive any salary from my professional activity, but it gives me self-sufficiency and a wonderful quality of life. I raise a small herd of sheep and a few other animals, I work alone with a flexible organization. I take time to do what I like, quiet, the good life in a beautiful place. Here is my balance between the human, the animal, the vegetable and the creation.
  
  I am 36 years old, father of 2 children (5 years old and 6 years old), my brothers and sister are also farmers in the Cévennes. Carpenter by training, I also have my small workshop to work with wood a few km away from my father, wood constructions are also my specialty. Last July I invited a group of Belgian scouts to camp at the sheepfold, it was a great experience for them and for me.
  
  I intend to be as available and in the company of the Workaway(s) during his stay if desired, to help people discover my way of life and my region. You can also stay quiet or do what you want on your side. Everything is possible. I am not a lot of constraint, I am flexible for the organization. I prefer to be more active in the morning. On weekends I often go out to party, see friends and family.
  My children are right next door, I take care of them partially. I am on good terms with all my close and distant entourage. I like everyone and everyone likes me: the good life!
  I am of a quiet temperament, I like to do physical work, to live with my animals and my garden.
  
  Invited a Workaway will make me travel while staying at home, for a cultural exchange, I count on you to explain your traditions, your way of life, your cooking and all the stories of worms to me!
  I suggest you do me a favor according to your desires, a non-profit voluntary aid. I do lots of different and varied things, it will be with pleasure to share our know-how.

  Bienvenue à La Ferme
  En cœur du parc national des Cévennes dans le sud de France a proximité de Florac.
  Je t'invite avec joie a venir partager mon mode de vie alternative sur ma propriété.
  
  Né et grandi dans les environs, après avoir bien voyager sur les continents de notre belle planète, je m'installe en 2015 agriculteur en Cévennes, le pays des châtaignes....
  Ma ferme m'a surtout permis de m'installer propriétaire afin de réalisé mon rêve de vie.
  Ma micro-entreprise agricole n'est pas rentable, je ne perçois aucun salaire de mon activité professionnelle, mais elle me donne une autonomie et une belle qualité de vie. J'élève un petit troupeau de moutons et quelques autres animaux, je travaille seul avec une organisation souple. Je prends le temps de faire ce que j'aime, le calme, la douceur de vivre dans un bel endroit. Voici mon équilibre entre l'humain, l'animal, le végétal et la création.

  Menuisier de formation, j'ai aussi mon petit atelier pour travailler le bois a quelques km chez mon père,
  les constructions bois sont aussi ma spécialité.
  
  Je compte être un maximum a disposition et en compagnie du ou des Workaway durant son séjour si le souhaite, pour faire découvrir mon mode de vie et ma région. Vous pourrez aussi resté tranquille ou faire ce qui vous plait de votre cotés. Tout est possible. Je n est pas énormément de contrainte, je suis flexible pour l organisation. Je préfère m activé plutôt le matin. Le weekend je sort souvent faire la fête, voir les amis et la familles.
  Mes enfants sont juste a coté, je m en occupe partiellement. Je suis en bonne entente avec tout mon entourage proche et éloigné. J' aime bien tout le monde et tout le monde m'aime bien : la belle vie!
  Je suis d'un tempérament tranquille, J'aime faire du travail physique, vivre avec mes animaux et mon jardin.
  
  Invité un Workaway me fera voyager tout en restant chez moi, pour un échange de culture, je compte sur toi pour m’expliquer tes traditions, ton mode de vie, ta cuisine et toutes les histoires de vers chez toi!
  
  Je te propose de me rendre service en fonction de tes envies, une aide bénévole a but non lucratif.
  Je fais plein de choses différentes et variées, ce sera avec plaisir de partager nos savoir-faire.

  alternative way of life, Cévennes land of historical resistance, steeped in history and exchange. I can make you discover my trades and my way of life of natural agricultural self-consumption. Exchange our cultures, traditions and stories of the country, it would be a great pleasure for me.

  Help

  Regarding voluntary help, workaways will not participate in my professional activity, I would like them to help me according to their personal desires. It's up to you to choose your occupation desires! Organize us!

  Animal Harmony:
  I have 30 ewes, and a dog The animals are the heart of the spiral, provide me with food, mountain cleaning, manure for the gardens and an accomplice relationship of life. Spending some time with them sends us deep into our animal origins. Unforgettable experiences not to be missed. What a joy to work with animals! Come and help me improve their quality of life for animal welfare.
  
  Végétal Food
  Eating our own natural vegetables is an incomparable satisfaction. For this, reflection, techniques, work. Seeds that transform, to end up on our plates, what a treat! But growing vegetables also requires a lot of attention, I'm counting on you to send them good energy. I have a large pleasant organic garden to have a good time, allowing me to make the link with the earth to which we owe everything. I also spend good time in my forest, the trees are also my friends. Come and share these little moments of rooting in the middle of the plant kingdom.
  
  Creative Construction
  As a child, building has always been one of my favorite activities. The Artisanal Creation allows me to materialize ideas to which the result is visible, enough to be quickly satisfied with his work. Manufacture and renovation of dry stone walls, A tradition to discover, really uninteresting Help with construction, manufacture of places to live and parties, integrated into the sheepfold for evolving comfort for me and all those around me (families , friends, workaway, traveller....)
  
  Your invaluable voluntary help will adapt according to the needs, your skills and especially your desires. My work is very diversified according to the seasons and my multiple projects. Lots of activities are possible concerning these three large groups, Make your choice of preferences... I will stay with you, for these moments of help in the joy and the exchange of know-how. Moments that will be much closer to holidays than to work

  Animal Harmony:
  J ais 30 brebis quelque agneaux et un chien
  Les animaux sont le cœur de la spirale, me procure nourriture, nettoyage de montagne, fumure pour les jardins et une relation complice de la vie. Passer un peut de temps avec eux nous envois au plus profond de nos origines animal. Des expériences inoubliables a ne pas rater. Quel bonheur de travailler avec des animaux!
  Venez m'aider a amélioré leurs qualités de vie pour le bien être animal.
  
  Végétal Food
  Manger nos propres légumes naturel est une satisfaction inégalable. Pour cela de la réflexion, des techniques, du travail. Des semences qui ce transformes, pour finir dans nos assiettes, quel régal!
  Mais faire pousser les légumes demandes aussi beaucoup d'attention, je compte sur vous pour leur envoyer de bonnes énergie. J’ai un grand jardins bio agréable a passer du bon temps, me permettant de faire le lien avec la terre a qui nous devons tout. Je passe aussi du bon temps dans ma foret , les arbres sont aussi mes amis. Venez partager ces petits moments d'enracinement au milieux du règne végétal.
  
  Créative Construction
  Comme un enfant, construire a toujours était une de mes activités favorite.
  La Création artisanal me permet de concrétisé des idées auxquelles le résulta est visible, de quoi être rapidement satisfait de son travail.
  Fabrication et rénovation de mur en pierres sèches, Une tradition a découvrir, vraiment inintéressante
  Aide a la construction, fabrication de lieu de vie et de fêtes, intégré a la bergerie pour un confort en évolution pour moi et tous ceux qui m'entoure (familles, amis, workaway, voyageur....)
  
  Votre précieuse aide bénévole s adaptera en fonction des besoins, de vos compétences et surtout de vos envies.
  Mon travail est très diversifié en fonction des saisons et de mes multiples projets.
  Plein d'activités sont possibles concernant ces trois grands groupes, Faite vos choix de préférences...
  Je resterais avec vous, pour ces moments d aide dans la joie et l échange de savoir faire.

  Accommodation

  I offer accommodation next to the sheepfold, with all the simple and necessary comfort around (water, electricity, bed, kitchen, fridge, shower, dry toilet...). Under development
  
  I also live on site my living facility currently remains quite rustic and minimalist.
  For the summer, a simple and functional outdoor layout made with second-hand material. I have great aunts with sleeping mattresses, (comfort camping)
  
  Do not expect a 3 star cottage near a big city. It is rather a natural setting lost at the bottom of a valley with trees, wild animals, the river...
  
  Je viens d acheter une grande caravane ! Hébergement confort.
  Installer contre ma bergerie cela me rajoute une belle pièce de vie.
  En cours d installation venez m aider.
  
  Je propose un hébergement a coté de la bergerie, avec tout le confort simple et nécessaire autour ( eau , électricité, lit, cuisine, frigo, douche, toilette sèche... ). En cours d’aménagement
  
  Je vie aussi sur place mon installation de vie reste présentement assez rustique et minimaliste.
  Pour l été un aménagement extérieur simple et fonctionnelle réalisé avec du matérielle de seconde main. J ais de grandes tantes avec matelas pour dormir, (camping confort)
  
  Ne vous attendez pas a un gite 3 étoiles prés d une grande ville. C'est plutôt un cadre de nature perdu au fond d'une vallée avec des arbres, des animaux sauvages la rivière....

  I will make you discover my sector with: Swimming, river in the immediate vicinity, electric bike route (I have one available), hiking, canoeing, DJ evening, pétanque, jogging, visit of the surroundings...
  
  Sector of small mountains in rural area, there is public transport, nearest train station: Mende or Ales, then bus to Florac then more than a few kilometers, hitchhiking is easy to get there .... Try to come by your own means but if difficulty after Florac I will organize to recover you.

  Baignade, rivière a proximité immédiate, parcours vélo électrique (j'en ais un a disposition) , randonnée, canoé, soirée DJ, pétanque, footing, visite des environs...
  
  Secteur de petites montagnes en zone rural, il y peut de transports en commun, gare de train la plus proche :Mende ou Ales, puis bus jusqu’à Florac puis plus que quelques kilomètres, en auto-stop on y arrive facilement ....
  Essayer de venir par vos propres moyens mais si difficulté après Florac je m organiserais pour vous récupéré.
