Description
We're a small family from California who relocated and now call Beautiful Costa Rica home. We live a healthy, happy life with two kids, a few dogs and a mother in law who happily followed along. A lot of days were on the go adventuring around to the beach or hotsprings. After 8 years of living here we are still in Awe and so grateful to make roots here in our home. With Lake Arenal being such a central place you can do day trip to every location you would want to see. The buses are reliable and we are just steps away from the bus stop. The accommodations we offer are completely private including a full size bed, a bath/ shower and a kitchenette. You can hear so many birds singing and the howler monkeys even come to the trees in front of the house. Come have the Pura Vida experience with us.

Costa Rica has a rich culture that shows in everything they do. The people are warm and very welcoming. It's a perfect place for solo travelers or families. Spanish is the native language here and it's a perfect opportunity to practice.

Help
Creating a magical eden in a jungle paradise. Mostly we are looking for practical help around the house and yard with kids with pets. I love people who are foodies like us and love to cook. We are very flexible with needs and once We start communication, we can become more specific.

Accommodation
You will have a Private casita with Full size bed (a second bed can be added), a kitchenette with all the basics, a desk and rocking chair, bathroom and shower. The is space super cute, you can easily relax, take beautiful hikes or play at the Lake.
Food will be included with some staples being provided to cook on your own and at least one home cooked meal on work days. We cook delicious mostly vegan meals, including ferments and local breads.

So much to see with everything being doable in a day trip. We're happy to help navigate your way around, help figure out the bus schedules or tour guides.
