Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Well you get to live within the Lanoh people, it's a very unique experience far from touristy area and modern messy world out there.
You can learn Malay and their own dialect, their way of foraging and cooking local food.
You will probably be adopted by the kids in no time so they will show you their playgrounds like the swimming spot in the nearby river.Projects involving children

Help
The main job is to give basic English lessons to 7 to 18 years old children of the village. This school has just been renovated by the previous volunteers, it is their only opportunity to receive academic education. No previous experience in teaching is required, only willingness and a smile :)

You live in the school. There are 2 bedrooms and one fully equipped kitchen. Shower and toilets are also there.
Groceries are paid by the foundation: we usually go to Lenggong once a week.
You have to cook for most of your meals but locals will be pleased to cook with you as well. What else ...
Most of the time off will be spent around the village. The nearest asphalt road is 3km away and there are not any public transportations over there.
The foundation is currently repairing a car that should be available for volunteers in the near future.A little more information
