Since we would be sharing one apartment and living very close, it's imprtant that we get along with each other and share mutual needs. THANK YOU!
Currently it's three of us. My two dogs and me. Milka, Murphy and myself, Alexandra.
We live in a very sweet and cozy little town in Switzerland close to Winterthur, which is north of Zurich. Zurich is located around 60 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car from here.
We are leading a very typical and grounded lifestyle. I work part time, go to the office 2-3 times a week and spend the rest of my time with my dogs, cooking and doing outdoor activities, such as hiking, riding the bike, inline skating, camping etc. I like to travel, visit different countries, sometimes guide tours for groups and spend time outside in nature.

The surrounding and environment here are super nice to do some smooth hikes and enjoy mountainbiking or cycling. Winterthur, which is 20 minutes by train and 15 minutes by car offers a variety of cultural and sports possibilities. You can learn about the swiss way of living, I am happy to teach you german and also, I am happy to take you on weekend trips and camping to the Swiss Alps and othe popular sights.
I can offer you free living and food, a bike to explore the surrounding and I would pay for the (camping) trips and excursions we arrange together.
It would be a relaxing stay to enjoy Switzerland and learn german and help me create a cozy place, where you can come back and visit, also in future months, if you want to travel to Switzerland.
Help
Last year my partner and I moved into our new appartment. Unfortunately we had to break up quite quickly, after we figured out we cannot make it together. So before the apartment was even finished, he moved out in February 2024. Since then I was recovering from the break up and was not emotionally strong enough to finish furnishing the apartment. So it's still a little bit of a chaos, but provides everything needed for living. I would need help to make it a beautiful and cozy place.
So I am looking for someone, who is willing to stay for 2-4 weeks and help me with arranging the balcony, the basement, the living room and some little decoration stuff around the apartment. I will help too of course, I don't expect you to do everything by yourself. It's just easier and more fun to do it together, than alone.
If your are good with dogs, which is actually a requirement to stay here with me, I would be happy if you could occasionally take them on a walk.
I expect you to help me for 3-4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Accommodation
You would get your private, modern bedroom, which is fully equipped with a wardrobe and a desk, if you want to work on your laptop etc. You have direct access to the balcony from the bedroom. Bathroom, kitchen and living room would be shared. I expect you to be clean and I do not allow any parties, especially because of the dogs.
