Description
je m'appelle Daniel et je vis à Lomé. Je dirige depuis 2012 une association que j'ai crée avec certains amis. Cest une association à but non lucratif qui intervient dans les domaines de l'éducation, santé, environnement. Nous menons plusieurs actions comme l'animation socioculturelle et éducatives auprès des enfants , l'enseignement, la sensbilisation sur les IST/SIDA, le reboisement etc. Notre équipe est consituée des étudiants, des enseignants, des personnels de la santé. Nous avons un centre de santé pour soutenir les populations vulnérables en soins médicaux.
Nous travaillons également en partenariat avec les établissements scolaires de la place où nous intervenons auprès des enfants démunis dans le cadre du soutien scolaire.Nous accueillons des volontaires qui souhaitent voyager autrement pour se rendre utile, travailler dans une communauté pour partager les expériences
My name is Daniel and I live in Lomé. Since 2012, I have been running an association that I created with some friends. It is a non-profit organisation that works in the fields of education, health and the environment. We carry out several activities such as socio-cultural and educational activities for children, teaching, raising awareness about STIs/AIDS, reforestation, etc. Our team is made up of students, teachers and health workers. We have a health centre to provide medical care to vulnerable populations.
We also work in partnership with local schools, where we provide academic support to disadvantaged children. We welcome volunteers who want to travel differently, to make themselves useful and to work in a community to share experiences.

Le Togo est indéniablement un pays d'accueil et de diversité culturelle. Les volontaires durant leurs missions seront accompagnés pour découvrir le Togo en s'imprégnant véritablement dans la vie sociale et culturelle du pays. Les volontaires profiteront donc pour découvrir les différentes cuisines traditionneles, les danses et les musiques traditionneles,les langues, l'histoire du pays etc. L'échange culturel est vivement souhaité. Du coup, les volontaires sont appelés à partager avec les locaux les connaissances de chez eux.
Togo is undeniably a welcoming country with cultural diversity. During their missions, volunteers will be accompanied to discover Togo by truly immersing themselves in the social and cultural life of the country. Volunteers will therefore have the opportunity to discover the country's different traditional cuisines, dances and music, languages, history, etc. Cultural exchange is strongly encouraged. Volunteers are therefore encouraged to share their own knowledge with the locals.

Help
les volontaires sont sollicités dans le cadre de l'animation socio-culturelle et éducative. Durant la mission, le volontaire sera mis à la disposition d'un établissement scolaire où il assistera une éducatrice de la maternelle. ils travailleront ensemble auprès des enfants de 3 à 5 ans à travers plusieurs activités comme:
- L'enseignement de l'anglais, Français,
- le sport
- La lecture, l'écriture, les récitations, les dessins, la conception des chansons.
De retour à la maison, le volontaire travaillera avec les enfants de 4 à 10 ans de façon autonome et sera assisté des locaux pour animer les enfants à travers des activités ludiques, les danses, les jeux de questions-réponses, les devinettes. Il aidera également les enfants à traiter des devoirs de maison.
Le travail se déroule de Lundi au Vendredi pour une durée de 5 h par jour. Les week-ends sont des jours de repos et de détente
Volunteers are sought for socio-cultural and educational activities. During the mission, volunteers will be assigned to a school where they will assist a nursery school teacher. They will work together with children aged 3 to 5 on a range of activities, including:
- Teaching English and French
- Sports
- Reading, writing, recitation, drawing, songwriting.
Back at home, volunteers will work independently with children aged 4 to 10 and will be assisted by local staff in entertaining the children through fun activities, dancing, question-and-answer games and riddles. They will also help the children with their homework.
The work takes place from Monday to Friday for 5 hours per day. Weekends are days of rest and relaxation.

Accommodation
Le logement se compose des chambres de 12, 16 à 20 m² pouvant contenir de 2 à 3 personnes. Il y a aussi des chambres individuels. Les lits sont dotés de matelas simples ou à ressort et sont couverts de moutisquaires pour éviter les moustiques et des moucherons. Les chambres sont plafonnées,ventilées et il y a la cuisine, les toilletes internes ou externes. Il existe également la véranda et la cour pour prendre l'air ambiant et se détendre.
The accommodation consists of rooms measuring 12, 16 to 20 m² that can accommodate 2 to 3 people. There are also single rooms. The beds have single or spring mattresses and are covered with mosquito nets to keep out mosquitoes and gnats. The rooms have ceilings, ventilation, and there is a kitchen and internal or external toilets. There is also a veranda and courtyard where you can enjoy the fresh air and relax.

Les warkaywayers pendant les jours de repos seront amenés à découvrir la beauté naturelle du pays comme les cascades, fleuves, lacs, montagne . Ils auront l'occasion aussi de visiter les sites touristiques, découvrir la réalité culturelle du pays. Durant les temps libres, les volontaires peuvent faire des promenades, aller regader un match de football, faire la natation etc. Sur ce, ils seront mis à leurs dispositions des jeunes filles et garçons dynamiques pour les accompagner. Différents repas leurs seront offerts en tenant compte de leurs désirs. Les moyens de transport sont la voiture et les motos. Un professionnel de santé sera en contact permanent avec eux pour assurer leurs bonnes santé durant tout le séjour .
During their days off, Warkaywayers will have the opportunity to discover the natural beauty of the country, such as waterfalls, rivers, lakes and mountains. They will also have the chance to visit tourist sites and discover the cultural reality of the country. During their free time, volunteers can go for walks, watch a football match, go swimming, etc. Dynamic young men and women will be available to accompany them. A variety of meals will be offered, taking into account their preferences. Transport will be provided by car and motorbike. A health professional will be in constant contact with them to ensure their good health throughout their stay.
