Hello, I have an off grid cabin in New Mexico. I travel a lot and frequently need house/pet sitters. The house is solar powered. I haul water from a nearby well. It’s about 30-45 minutes to town. You must have your own four wheel drive or be ok with being stuck there when the roads are muddy, which is sometimes weeks. There is no internet, WiFi or cell service at the house. My cell phone works about a half a mile up the road. Hardy independent capable people only please. 🙏🏽

I am looking for house/pet sitters. Someone able to walk my dog twice a day and take care of some plants. Ideal for someone who likes spending lots of time in quiet solitude in nature. Must have a four wheel drive.

Off grid cabin, solar power, water tank. Cabin will be stocked with dry storage foods. Passive solar and wood heat. Greenhouse. There is a shower in the greenhouse. Humanure outhouse. There is a school bus converted into a studio as well.
Plenty of hiking right out the front door. Endless hiking within a short drive. River is about 20-30 minutes drive. There are hot springs as well. Closest town is the quirky artist town of Taos. Lots of live music, art openings etc.
