Description
Small farm in the Chiriqui highlands (520m elevation) near the Costa Rica border bordering a river with sunrise, sunset, Pacific ocean and Mt Baru views. Tranquil and immersed with nature. Good and reliable internet. Rural yet close (45 min) to the city of David (on bus route) and 15 min to nearest town with conveniences. Vision of creating unique accommodations and self-sufficient agrotourism. I employ 1 staff as a gardener who works 1-2 days per week trimming grass.
