  Description

  We are a family of seven. Our four children are 11, 9, 6, and 4 years old, and our daughter was born in December 2024.
  
  Silvestre (father) is a photographer and runs a small production company, working from home. Violeta (mother) is a lawyer and also works from home while taking care of the children. We are a homeschooling family.

  Silvestre (padre) es fotógrafo y tiene una pequeña productora en la que trabaja desde casa. Violeta (madre) es abogada y trabaja desde casa también mientras cuida de los niños. Somos una familia que educa en casa.

  Help

  The help would consist of:
  
  What we need most is support with childcare.
  
  -Spending mornings with the children, playing with them, accompanying them... We would like the children to be spoken to in either English or Spanish. Most of this time, the mother will also be present; we just need support during these months as we adapt to being a larger family.
  -A few hours here and there to stay with the children while Violeta has an online meeting.
  -Occasionally, one night between Sunday and Thursday, when we, the parents, will go out—perhaps to the movies, for dinner, or on a walk. This would likely involve leaving the older kids already asleep and taking the baby with us.
  
  The hours would be flexibly divided between childcare and house maintenance according to the week's needs, but always in the mornings between Monday and Friday, so that whoever comes to help can have the entire weekend free.
  
  We welcome couples, and in that case, additional hours would be divided between general maintenance tasks, gardening, DIY, etc., in the same flexible way to ensure that both people have afternoons and weekends free.La ayuda consistiría en:

  Lo que más necesitamos es en el aspecto de cuidado de los niños.
  
  -Pasar tiempo con los niños por las mañanas jugando con ellos, acompañándoles...Queremos que se le hable a los niños en inglés o en español. La mayoría de este tiempo la madre estará también presente, simplemente nesitamos apoyo para estos meses de adaptarnos a ser una familia más grande.
  -Alguna hora suelta de quedarse con los niños mientras Violeta tiene alguna reunión online.
  -Alguna noche sería entre el domingo y el jueves, que los papás nos iremos de paseo, al cine, a cenar, seguramente dejando a los niños grandes dormidos y llevándonos al bebé con nosotros.
  
  Las horas se repartirían entre el cuidado de los niños y mantenimiento de la casa de forma flexible según las necesidades de la semana, pero siempre por las mañanas entre el lunes y el viernes para que quien venga a ayudar pueda tener el fin de semana entero libre.
  
  Aceptamos parejas y en ese caso el resto de horas se repartirían en tareas de mantenimiento general, del jardín, bricolaje etc... De la misma forma flexible para que los fines de semana y las tardes estén libres las dos personas.

  Tanto Silvestre como Violeta trabajamos online y la conexión es buena. Tenemos reuniones de Zoom y no hay problema normalmente. En la habitación disponible para alojamiento llega el Wifi de la casa.
