Description
We are a Japanese-Dutch couple with an infant daughter, living in Hiroshima city. We both work from home and are looking for a young lady to help with taking care of our child. We are also working on renovating a small house with small farmland outside the city.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You can experience everyday city life, and family life in Japan as a part of our family. See what it is like to raise children in Japan, taking them to the doctor or to a play hall. You can experience a more traditional Japanese lifestyle through meeting our extended family, who live at just a walking distance.
If you are interested in staying in Japan long term we have a lot of knowledge and skills to teach you on how you can successfully do that. -

Help
Playing with our daughter, teaching her Dutch words, general childcare tasks such as feeding, clothing, etc.
The hours depend on our work schedule, but it definitely will not be every day. At most we will ask you to watch our daughter for 4 hours a day, some days of the week, definitely less than 5 days per week. You will be able to have plenty of free time to enjoy the city on your own, or together with us. -

What else ...
Help hours are flexible, meaning you will not typically have to always help weekdays or for a long time. It depends on our work schedule for the most part. Free accommodation and meals are guaranteed, wages can be negotiated.
On days off we can suggest local spots for sightseeing, hiking, mountain biking, etc. If we go on a family outing you are always free to join. -
