  Description

  Hi, we’re The Grizzos (Zelia and Jack). We are 37 and 34 and live with our two dogs - Tyke and Roxy.
  
  We’ve got a selection of varied jobs we’d love some help with, as we renovate our home and prepare it for the arrival of our first baby.
  
  We have a lovely garden (although our lawn needs some love) and views of both the lake and the Remarkables. We are centrally located in Frankton - a 2 minute walk from the main bus stop, a 10 minute walk from the lake and Frankton Trail, a 10 minute walk to the 5 mile shopping area, and we also have a coffee caravan, bakery, gas stations (convenient stores), take away food places - all within a couple of minutes walk. Oh and a great pub just around the corner.
  
  Perfect for couples who want to share the tasks depending on their individual skills and work preferences - or individuals who don’t mind ‘a bit of everything’ (some manual labour and some cleaning).
  
  Oh and as a final enticement, Jack is a pretty great cook!

  Zelia has lived and worked most of her life in New Zealand (with a few stints in the US) and has spent many years in QT (which you’ll know is up there as a 'must visit' for anyone traveling in NZ). Jack is originally from the UK, but has also lived in QT for over 10 years so we can certainly help you out with top tips on how to spend your free time here!

  All sorts to be done. Stacking firewood, staining cladding, helping Jack with basic tasks (requires a bit of physical strength), cleaning etc.

  Accommodation

  We have a three bedroom home - one room we occupy obviously, the second has been turned into Zelia’s temporary office (as her office is becoming a nursery), and the third room would be yours. Note that the drawers and closet in your room are in use with our overflow, so you’d still have to live out of your bags for the most part; but there’s a decent amount of space, a chair, and a SmartTV in your bedroom. You’d have your own bathroom (possibly shared on the odd occasion we have a family member stay in the ‘office bedroom’). Our home is pretty great, but with everything going on at the minute is a wee bit chaotic at times in the shared spaces.
