Thomas and Aurore arrived in their beautiful 1980s Renault 4, which Thomas had lovingly restored. From the outset they were extremely conscientious and hard working. We were amazed at what they achieved during their time with us. Thomas and Aurore were always cheerful and enthusiastic. They were very independent and made the most of their free

Leo and Guilherme stayed with us for two weeks and were a huge help . They are both very fit and strong and worked extremely well together. They did a huge amount of land clearance, including removing invasive species and helped us prepare sticks to make a large wooden fence.
During some of the time they stayed with us we were not feeling very

They took a great interest in their surroundings, going kayaking and mountain climbing. They also spent a day helping our neighbour clear some of her land.
At all times they were very kind, appreciative and respectful . They also left the caravan they used in wonderful shape for our next visitors. Great power-washing, Leo! 🙏😊😊
We would recommend Leo and Guilherme to anyone and wish them both happy travels and adventures in the future.
Mary and Wayne were fantastic host, we could not have imagined having a better first workaway experience! We immediately felt comfortable and welcomed by them.
Throughout our two weeks stay we helped them complete a variety of tasks, all of which were enjoyable and never too strenuous. They were open to suggestions and catered to our abilities and

Our stay was also made much better with their amazing cooking. Brunch was the highlight of every day! We enjoyed chatting with them and shared lots of laughs.
They communicated very well with us and provided so much great advice for things to do, even bringing us along for some of their activities. We kayaked, camped in the countryside, saw some live music, to name a few.
We were housed in a very comfortable and cozy caravan with an outdoor sitting/eating area and a wonderful view.
All in all this was a wonderful experience and would recommend them as workaway hosts to anyone!
It was an absolute pleasure hosting Liam and Nadia. They helped us with so many projects with great good humour, skill and enthusiasm.
Whilst they were with us they helped build a composting station, set up a poly tunnel, finished off a deck/ outdoor kitchen area, helped us clear overgrowth, improved our driveway and other tasks too numerous to

Throughout their stay with us they were always, kind, thoughtful, appreciative and respectful.
They were great company and we really enjoyed going to see gigs with them, showing them around and introducing them to our friends.
If you are lucky enough to have Liam and Nadia ask to be your Workawayers then we suggest you jump at the chance! They are certainly very welcome to return here, anytime.Chat with Workawayers who've visited this host

Leo was a huge help to us with lots of different projects including carpentry, DIY and tree clearance. Initially he planned to stay for 10 days, but things went really well and he stayed for a further month. Leo is curious and interested in everything. His English is excellent and he’s always working to improve it. He’s very easy-going and

Mary and Wayne were very generous as they hosted me a month longer than initially planned - on short notice. We build a postbox, a shed and we did extensive renovations to a cabin, including replacing the roof and windows, among other things. I learned and improved lots of skills in carpentry and construction which will be very useful for the

We did trips on a motorboat which made for unforgettable experiences like views of the mountains and getting to watch seals up close. In addition, the food was excellent and certainly one of the highlights. I had my own space as I lived in a caravan. It was never boring and I have unique memories of the place.
